I only gave this location a poor rating because when I went to drop it off, it was hard to get location settings so that it recognize I had the truck at the right place and it just the Wi-Fi or the the cell coverage there was really hard. I didn’t want to park it over where the other trucks were in case I got extra charged. I parked it out front so it was poor and that since they should indicate by signage or when they tell you what to return it there where to park the trucks
Ron KLocation of the trucks in comparison to the store/key box is not convenient or intuitive. The signage referencing UHaul isn't obvious. We had difficulty opening the lock on the box and tried several times to open the lock. The lock was very stiff. For this location it would be helpful to share "quirks" with people when they book online.
Karin MThe truck was quite dirty when I picked it up, however it ran well and was well maintained. The pick up process where I had to wait for virtual verification was longer than I had hoped (20-30 mins) and cut into my moving time.
Wendy KThe vehicle was not clean, the app was not working for self pick up, it took 45mins just to get the vehicle and the lock box was jammed as well. I was also charged a cleaning fee even though I had mentioned in the pick up process that the vehicle wasn't cleaned.

Beverly DI am very disappointed with my experience with this location. Once I was able to get the keys out of the lockbox I discovered that they didn't belong to the only vehicle with in sight of the location. I ended up having to walk all the way around a long strip mall to find the vehicle I had a key for. It was barely above freezing and couldn't feel my fingers by the time I got in. Also when I returned the keys the cashier was quite rude. Only good note is the people I talk to only the helpline were very helpful and polite.

I am dissatisfied with your service that you have a very small division of fuel indicators in the car! i drove only 28 miles and you charged for 29 liters of fuel, that's a lot, and you also didn't announce that they will charge as much as $30 for refueling, such points should be voiced. In general, everything is fine, except that you cheated me on fuel(((And at such moments, I cannot recommend you. I want you to solve this issue!

The phone number on the website is different from the phone number the store attendant provided.Upon return,called both numbers 30minutes towards the time but no answers.Called next day and still no answer and no return calls and to get an alert that I was charged extra for gas.
osayi dAll of the Uhauls are NOT at the convenience store they are at Union Hall behind the plaza. There should be a sign up.. I thought people were just late bringing them back.. wasted my time

DARYL FCommunication and customer service. My store location for pick up was changed after making my reservation. Which I figured would still be fime. When i arrived to pick up the truck it was located a half a block away from the store location and there was no dolly as reserved. The store owner said his dolly was stolen with a truck. I asked why werent we notified of this? He admited that uhaul didnt know his dolly was missing as he hadnt notified them. When I asked if he could call a nearby store to pick one up there. As i really needed a dolly to help move larger items of furniture. He called a number,got voice mail and then waited a few minutes. The person who phoned back was ignorant, verbally abusive and had no professionalism or customer service skills whatsoever. His response to me on speaker phone through the store clerk Archie Baylon's phone was " my job is to tell you our policy. you dont get a dolly. Too bad. Dolly's aren't guaranteed. Dont like it.. dont get the truck. Take it off their charge and no dolly. Too bad." I replied with "thank you, you have been very helpful and asked the phone with him be hing up. He was left on speaker then made ignorant assumption like comments of " make sure they return the truck on time and the gas level is right, not a minute late. Otherwise charge them full price." The way this person spoke was the most foul, vile, ignorant way I have ever heard anyone speak who works in customer service. Truly shouldnt be working for uhaul ot any of its affiliates. This was the by far worst experience I have ever had in my life in regards to customer service. When I asked for both workers names so I could complain.. the owner of the convenience store provided his name, but refused to provide a name, not even a first name of the utterly disgusting individual on the phone. The owner Archie also said he wishes he didnt have to deal with uhaul at all and could just give it up. Neither of these representatives of Uhaul represented uhaul with integrity, respect or professionalism. I will be looking for other moving services or truck rentals in the future and will recommend to everyone i know not to use that uhaul location EVER! This has left such a sour taste in my mouth and has tainted how I feel about Uhaul all together. Worst customer service experience ever!

John HThe overall experience was very good. The only "concern" I had was having to travel across the large parking lot to find the truck, which isn't clearly indicated - I learned this from a comment in the reviews. That said, I was impressed with the quality of the vehicle, the price to move ~7 miles, and the relative ease of checking in and out. Would use UHAUL again.

Randall BI hired U-Haul in Past and always they used to pay you back remaining money for excess fuel if full the tank when returning vehicle. So I filled up gas tank than given fuel range believing that they would pay me fuel difference. But they said even If I fill the fuel its of no use and I don't get anything back
venkatesh sTrucks are parked on completely other side of parking lot. Interior of truck (cab and hauling area) needed cleaning. Photos presented in app for inspection were all inaccurate.

Gunther TThe truck , was not the 20’ that I reserved, it was the size smaller. Truck smelled like fuel, and was making terrible noises. Gas gauge started below 1/4 tank, and continued to drop without driving. Will not be back again

Varinder AYou should make it clearer that you have increased the cost for the refundable deposit. When booking online I did not see that the amount had been increased to $440, leading me to have to leave and return with a different payment method as I had been expecting the old amount of $120
Kyla JIf you are going to agree to an extension....give them a full day that they pay for instead of wanting them to pay for full day but being truck earlier...it becomes unfair to customer at the end of the day
SK NEverything went well. However, maybe no fault of the depot. The vehicle had Absolutely no fuel in it! I was going to return it to a 1/4 tank level. However, it took over $50 to get it to that mark and my return or credit would only be $30. Therefore, I returned it just around 1/8th mark. The last customer should be penalized for such a stupid move. All in all, I think Uhaul is doing a fine job.
Darcy SDirty inside vehicle, looked like vehicle had not moved for a month. Wiper blades were tattered and and torn, did not work. I’ve rented 9 one way 20 ft vehicles, twice a year Edm / Vanc. This was worst.
