Very clean environment. Vehicle was very clean inside and out also. Courteous help who processed both my order and my return very quickly. Also the van ran very well as it certainly felt as though it was well maintained. Nice job!

Everytime I drop off a trailer, they are super helpful. They unlatch the trailer and inspect it before putting it away and checking me out.

The man who accepted the truck and trailer was kind and helpful. This review has nothing to complain about him because once again that gentleman was great, this review is only about u-haul' s corporate conduct. I was charged a $20 fee for turning my equipment in a day early. There is no way that you "convenience fee" deserves a surcharge for me not using the truck for less miles and 1/3 less time. Once again the gentleman that accepted the truck was great, uhaul corporate is the part of the business that is broken. Please uhaul follow the model that your associates follow, treating people with general respect and not making up charges.

Jeff was very helpful and efficient. He helped me make sure I had all the tow equipment needed before I showed up to get the trailer. He got me in and out on pick up and return which was greatly appreciated

Jeff was a bit on the slow side checking me in especially considering I used Express Check In, but overall it was a good experience.

Rude. Recorded the wrong fuel level. I returned my equipment with more fuel than I received it. I returned my equipment cleaned. I received it filthy. I was text with a different drop location than I agreed to. Uhaul will never receive my business again

Jeff does a great job of making sure the fleet is clean and ready for the next customer. I rented a truck from Budget a week ago and it was a piece of trash and very nasty. Very much impressed the cleanliness of the uhaul I rented today

Very poor online customer service: ridiculously slow response, reserved incorrect trailer forcing us to use an inconvenient location and a days delay plus lodging cost for that day. Incompetent organization which could not survive if you had competition.

The dealer was excellent. My problem is with U-Haul and I doubt I will rent from U-Haul again. Problems: 3 changes of pick up location Wrong size truck (too large) which caused major problems for me - couldn’t park where I had planned which left me long walks every day.

The guy at this location had a dry personality and was extremely slow. I am not happy with the pickup location change. it added 20 miles to my trip. 10 each way.

59 Storage is roomy, immaculate, secure and in a convenient location. I can't say enough good things about it... and the manager, Jeff, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Absolutely A+++.

Two separate times we have rented a storage unit from 59 Storage and are pleased with their facility. The manager Jeff has been extremely helpful to us and the UHal Rep Scott also.

The trailer was dirty when we picked it up but the staff was very nice and helpful.

UHaul said I could pick up my car transporter at 0900 Sunday morning, which I planned on doing. FORTUNATELY I called them the day prior. They said did not open on Sunday until 1:00 pm! That would have been a disaster for my planned travels.

NOBODY SPOKE ENGLISH, THEY DIDNT KNOW I WAS COMING AND WHEN I GOT THERE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAD TAKEN THE TRUCK HOME FOR THE DAY BECAUSE HE DIDNT HAVE A CAR. SO THEY HAD TO CALL THE GUY TO BRING THE TRUCK BACK. VERY TIME CONSUMING, AND I WAS ALREADY UPSET BECAUSE I HAD TO GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE TO PICK UP THE TRUCK THAN ORIGINALLY PLANNED.

My experience was very pleasant. I was treated with respect, and helped quickly. The location is nice, and the equipment is well maintained. I used the trailer extensively, and was very pleased with the value I received for the price I paid.

The dash panel where the Gage's are kept coming on and off. Truck ran ruff had hard time getting up an incline on the interstate. Refilling gas to bring it back up to the 7/8 reading at pickup the gas handle clicked as to indicate tank was full but the gage only indicate 3/4 full. I do not believe I should be charged any for gas when I couldn't put anymore in the tank

I only dropped of the item there and they didn't check into the system after it was placed on their property on the 4th of july. Your company called me 7 days later saying I had not returned the item.

The employee that rented the trailer to me which was reserved completely did not know what he was doing. He overcharged me and had to credit me back. I also had to pay three times as much to rent the same trailer that I had rented a week prior at a different location

The 18’ van drive amazingly well on my 1200+ mile move. The only problem was the rear door was a little difficult to raise and lower other wise all else was excellent!

The welcoming was unusual, not rude but not welcoming. I think he was busy with something even though I was the only one there. However once he was ready the customer service was superb. Friendly and helpful!

My dollie was unusable. Equipment should be checked well. Truck was clean and with 3 seats my dogs were able to each have a seat to themselves. We had a great trip.

Appointment was made for 12 pm and when I arrived at 11:50 there was a sign on the window saying be back at 12:30. We waited for 40 minutes for the man to arrive back from his lunch break.

One way to improve is to try loyalty rewards and discounts. Example, add coupons after returning the rental, like Lowe's or Domino's Pizza that could help sway a potential renter to use your services over another or give them the feel good experience that they moved and are tied but Uhaul wants to chip in buying dinner or got the customer a discount on things they needed. Just an idea.

Price. $0.99 a mile on top of the rental fees/insurance paid for and not used and refilling the truck for gas is a little excessive when the federal rate for commuting to cover wear and tear on vehicles and gas is $0.535
