You have not asked the right questions, which are about the rental process, which absolutely sucked. I had to disable all of my privacy screens for your online check in and I cannot believe you now have a photo of my passport, drivers license and me. It took 30 minutes to figure how to do check in and your help line waiting time was 15 minutes. So, because of your shitty process, I lost an entire 30 minutes of rental time which I was, of course charged for even though your process does not work well. I would like all of my personal information and photographs purged from your system and then I request, in writing, confirmation you have done this. Basically fine, clean, well lit. Small things: Directions not to back into the loading dock parking spot come after you Have already stopped the van and started the return app. Signs or a note in the truck would be helpful. No information on where to park your personal car â€" we figured it out but a note would help.Charles F.
