Took us 30 minutes to find someone to help us, after the first location not being open.

Online service to order was fair because online was not working when check-in at office. When returning truck online service was not working and couldn't fill in location, etc. so just took pictures of truck, mileage, etc and left keys. I tried to call office next morning but no answer.

Original location we rented from was closed and had no equipment. Did not answer emergency phone number listed on door. Had to go to this location to wait over an hour to pick up. We were overcharged $100+ and told the local store couldn't change pricing.

Original preservation in Greenville, OH had trailer commandeered by Dayton hierarchy, but the 548 Tire location was helpful.

No one was there and it was the middle of the day! There was a mechanic present but could not help with a uhaul check in. Very poor business practice to leave your counter unattended.

When I first arrive the guy acted like he was trying to get rid of us and acted like he didnt see we needed our 100 dollar deposit back. He didnt even check the fuel milage or anything he held the paper in his hand and said see you all later.. then said he didnt have the deposit .. didn't know we were coming there.. then made the comment that nobody understand that uhaul only pays them when someone rents a truck not when they drop one off.. he then went in the back and said he had to borrow from his employees.. if he was being truthful.. then there should be communication between the pick up spot and drop off spot so they are prepared and dont deposit the customers deposit the day before..

We were way over charged as to what we were quoted. Nothing at all was explained to us. We have had 3 charges to our bank account tripling what we were quoted and we were charged for two extra days plus a cleaning fee for a trailer that was clean. It's a mess and uhaul will not do anything about any of the charges. We were moving our daughter whose husband is in the military and we are not bad or dirty people. We will never ever use uhaul again and would not refer them to anyone. Because we returned the trailer on a Saturday after business hours we were charged 2 extra days for Sunday and Monday. We had it from Thursday to Saturday it's truly very disturbing how uhaul takes advantage of people including my daughter and her military husband. Very sad uhaul

My experience was a nightmare. I reserved a trailer on Aug7. 2 days before our move on Aug 30, I was told that there was no equipment for me ot rent. I called GOUHaul and was told they were working on it and would call me back; never did.Went to 548TIRE and they helped me out. There was the trailer I wanted in their lot but they did not know how it got there. Found out on the 29th that the trailer was supposed to be in Colorado. It was locked in the system. After 2 hours got access, however, the ball hitch was too small for my truck hitch. Also the electric connection was 1958 style, not the current connector. Finally resolved this and took the trailer.

It was a chore to drop off the truck. We had to take pictures of mileage, gas, and parking location instead of just dropping off the keys in the box (as it was Sunday) outside as we had originally believed.
