Worst customer experience ever !!! If I where a boss I would be embarrassed having people like that work for me. Both gentlemen and women where very very rude. The lady was so rude I moved away from her. She even laughed at me when I tried to pay with cash app card. Which took almost an hour to collect my Payment. I had an appointment to pick up a uhaul at 4:45pm. When I arrived the truck or needed information was not ready. Didn't know how to take my payment. Meaning I did not get keys until 5:30pm. Then was charged for brining it back at 5:30 ( 24 hours from when I left the parking lot with the Uhaul) because my paper work had my original pick up date. They should have changed my drop off time since it was on them.JANESSA W.

1) Do not charge $3.50 for a gallon of gas when the local rate is $2.25. That's really price gouging. 2) I received a call from Uhaul at 9pm saying my truck was late. I had returned it by 4:30pm.Michelle B.
As was always Uhaul Trucks are very handy. I booked (at Satterfield Rd, Anderson IN) online 15 footer Truck for 1 day which was $29, but when I came to pick it up that Lady tried to sell it to me for $59 plus $29 for what ever. She said that that's the price and NO arguments either you take Truck or you hit the road, I called to Uhaul-800 number and they dissolved the problem. and again thank you Uhaul customer services.ALEXANDR V.

The one thing I was not a fan of is having to take the van back to the original location and not the city I moved my daughter to. I was not happy to learn about that when I picked up the van. This cost me double miles driving it back to the original location. There should be some type fine print to tell me this before I reserve the van. The other thing when I booked it online and I wanted to pick up the van at 8am and not 10am when they opened! It would've been valuable to know this when I was reserving van online., but other than that it was a good experience.Brian M.

The rental was supposed to be $19.95. I was charged $29.95. I literally went 3 miles and was charged $10,50 gas charge. The staff were both extremely rude. Believe me. I will never recommend this facility for anything... not even to pick up dog poop. Horrible experience!!!!!Jeanne C.

They knew I needed an appliance dolly, but when I arrived the first thing she said was â€œWe don't have an appliance dolly â€œ. She gave me the address of another uhaul location and I had to go get it there. They should have done that for me before I arrived. That made me an hour late getting started, which turned out to be a big deal later. A heads-up phone call would have helped.Bruce T.

When I picked up Rental truck, the check engine light was on and the TPMS light was on. No one told me about this and I was worried the the tire pressure was inadequate and could prove to be dangerous to drive across town with the truck being loaded with merchandise. I paid full rate to rent this truck and i expect a functional rental when I pick it up.......Philip V.

I was over charged for things I didn't use. I requested 12 blankets, they only had 3 and there was no credit for the rest of the blankets. I was charged for an appliance dolly that I didn't take for use. They didn't take it off my bill. I was charged for two days when I only used it for 24 hours and brought it back before the 24 hour period. I couldn't get the van I rented started so I didn't really begin my use of the vehicle until 2 hours after the rental time. I sent an email to uhaul to fix my charges and have not heard a thing from anyone. My next step is to go to the uhaul place I rented from. The woman I worked was supposed to credit me for all the items I stated above and has not.Lisa K.

Truck was not ready when the app said it would be. Reservation time was 9:30 but app said you could pick-up up to one hour prior. Showed up at 8:30 and the app said it could not locate truck...the same truck sitting in the parking lot. Employee, Rex, with Secure Storage shirt on, said he didn't work for U-Haul and could not help. He then went on to clean the trucks In the parking lot...including the truck we reserved. Finally at 9:30 the office opened and the staff admitted the error and we were taken care of but we were running behind due to their error and ended up finishing our moving trip in the rain. I made this reservation close to one month ago and called the location the day before to verify the reservation and even asked if we would be able to get the keys if someone was using the truck the day before...because this was a self-service location/reservation. I was told yes. This was not a pleasant experience and I most definitely did not appreciate Rex's negative attitude. In my opinion, he should not have interaction with the public or should have customer service training. I definitely will not use this location again and will encourage others to explore all options before choosing this location.Steven D.
