The attendant in that location has very poor attitude. He didn't even know why he was overcharging me, he told me to call Uhaul customer service as he is not even getting paid for this service he's rendering to me. I've spent almost an hour trying to figure out the overcharge until I get to the 3rd agent on the phone and explained to me that I checked in at 4:30 but I was returning the trailer at 5pm the following day. So then, once that was explained, the guy brought me to where the trailer was parked and the lot was so muddy and there's mud all over my shoes that got into my car. I had to wash to shoes and my car just to clean off the mud. This is disappointing, I booked the trailer in advance, it should've been parked where the pavement is.

Nomi DAbsolutely tragic experience starting with location change to basically a junk yard rather than actual UHaul centre much further away. Location asked us to hook up and move another trailer in order to access our reserved unit. Trailer was in disrepair and had hole to exterior, filthy inside, wiring to brake lights not working. Staff completely unknowledgeable in trailer maintenance or ability to fix unit. Had to go to auto parts store to purchase necessary part and then to originally reserved UHaul location to complete repair to ensure trailer was safe and functional. The whole process took over 3 hours and wouldn’t have even been possible for the average person without extensive tow-haul knowledge. We were promised a refund, but received nothing back. Avoid at all costs!

Off location asked us to take a picture of the - because he didn't even want to go and look at the he asked us if there was any damages to it and the only reason he went to look at the truck at all is because we parked it at the gas pump and he had to move. It. When we complain about our service from the start. He told us to fill out the questionnaire.

Aldin PThe process took over half an hour before I could start to do my paper work, which I had to start from scratch. Not sure why this happened as I had previously reserved and completed the early checked in. -Get the trailer home and the tire is flat. Luckily I had a air compressor in my truck so I could fill the tire up. -I then load up the vehicle that I'm towing and realize that the tire strap is torn and is to short to strap the tire down. Very un-impressed.

Viet NWorst U-Haul location I have ever dealt with and there have been many. On pickup the attendant told me I couldn’t have the trailer as it was blocked in. It was not. Drop off took too long. Different attendant didn’t know how to check me out and had to call someone to assist. I won’t rent from this location again.
BRADLY UThe person at the location was on his first day with absolutely no training, not to their fault but he was unable to find my reservation on his computer and took nearly two hours to figure it out while on face time with his boss. He had to give my credit card information over face time so his boss could figure it out. I was late for my scheduled car viewing & on top of that I got double charged for the trailer. It was picked up & dropped off all within 6hours & I was charged for two days. The trailer was parked in the very back of the lot buried in snow (had to put my truck in 4wd & back the trailer out of the lot) I had to personally clean the trailer off to inspect the condition of it.
Nicholas AFirst off, was not clear where the truck was parked, located truck in back by itself not with any other trucks. Second, the truck would not start. Employee went under the hood and reset the battery and truck started. Pickup was 8am I didn't leave till 9:02am. Drop off was smooth the employee was efficient, in and out.

Emmanuel GThey were the worst store owners I dealt with. After I went thru all the steps to check in online and get approval and pay. I had to go inside to get the keys to finalize the pick up. The owners said they won’t let me just pick up the order without taking my information and credit card info. This is after I told them I did it all in the app. They then took pictures of my ID and credit card in their personal phones. Never again
Sahadat RThe only comment is that uhaul should fill the tank of the rental truck to full so a customer will know how much gas to put back (to full). Instead they give it to you only partially full and you have to figure out how much to put in, to get it back to partially full (where it was at). If you over fill, you do not get your money back for the extra gas you may put in.

Michael TThe service was terrible. The person who helped me had very little knowlage about Uhaul. She sent me to a muddy area of their yard to pick up the trailer by myself with no help ... I would never recommend this location.
Mark DThere was some miscommunication somewhere and this location believed the truck was returned two days late, which it wasn't. Unfortunately I didn't understand what the gentleman was saying and I was charged late fees even though I explained to him repeatedly it wasn't late. In fact, I still had two days left! I also returned a ratchet strap that I hadn't used and was told a refund had been processed but later found out it had not. I spoke with UHaul and all issues were fixed or in the process of being fixed.

Alan BKnow what you are doing. Service vehicle. Take insurance charges off as suggested, fleet insurance overrides insurance from agents, and is much better. Will never use that location again…period!!!

Faren BThey charged me for three days when I had it for one. When I dropped it off, there was no drop box so had to return the next day to return key. Charged extra gas charge and service charge, after I put gas in. Will never use this location again
Fawne LI paid $80 for rental and equipment, (ie: the dolly). Truck wasn't clean, then after returning the vehicle after hours, couldn't do it through the online instructions so had to use more gas to drive it back costing me $15 more. I live down the street.. shouldn't of cost me over $100 to rent a uhaul for an hour. Unimpressed.

Jason RTerrible experience with staff and invoicing. Counter staff were not professional. Went to pick up my van and was told it was at another location and had to drive another 20 mins. U-Haul never communicated this change of pick up to me. I was quoted a price for mileage and told them where I was going, had to pay an addition $130 for mileage. Would not recommend!

Patrick NHave the outlet actually care about representing your company. Their knowledge of your products and options was non-existent and the first truck they rented me had to be returned as it was being used to store the owners junk. It cost me 2 1/2 hours of my life.
Kevin AIt’s not the location that reflects UHaul customer service. It begins at the first contact point, which would include successes and failures, throughout the entire experience. Although, the service representative was polite and knowledgeable, there appears to be a disconnect between the call centre, and the pick up centres. Even though my rental has been returned. I’m still waiting for a call back regarding wiring installation.

mariza sTook 45mins to pick up a trailer despite booking and completing all forms online. Trailer tires were worn down to the wear bar on the drivers side and safety chains were incorrectly installed on the tongue of the trailer.
