It was my first time renting a moving a truck and things did not go according to plan. The day before I was moving I wasn't sure if I was going to have a truck due to the fact the my order was placed at the wrong uhaul location even though I selected the right one. I had called in over 10 times starting with the day before I rented the truck to the day after I dropped it off. The truck had smoke ashes inside which is disgusting considering I don't smoke. It was not cleaned before letting another family (me) rent it. I needed a truck as I was moving within the hour. There was no proper sanitation especially with COVID-19. This is not right! I booked my uhaul for 2 days which I thought was Saturday to Sunday, apparently I didn't have to drop it off until Tuesday. That's for 4 days which I didn't need it for! Everyone I talked to on the phone made sure I was going to get that truck. I am so appreciative for them. I honestly had a bad experience. I don't want to say I won't ever use a uhaul again, but I know what I'm not going to do next time. With the bad experience I had, no one even offered me anything and just expected me to pay more. Why should I have to pay for something if nothing good came out of it?

This has nothing to do with the location but uhaul screwed me over and changed my reservation completely...maybe you should have a section on the review for that...never using uHaul again for rentals.
It took well over 30 minutes for the associate to come to me to pick up the truck. He was focused on other customers in the furniture store. Not great on a tight timeline on moving day. Then he rushed to get the paperwork done and didn't go over the truck. It was clearly dirty, and although I asked if trucks were sanitized (at least the front cab with COVID-19), he said "yeah yeah", handed the keys and went back to his furniture patrons.
