There was nobody onsite for a 24 hour drop off location which is fine. No place to check the unit in as I feel it was a 1 day less rental and may see a credit if applicable.

Providing a spare tire for car haul trailer. Roadside assistance was great at contacting local services to ensure tire was fixed asap as to get our trailer and car off of highway late at night. Also following up to see if we were contacted by service provider and got our trailer flat tire fixed and that we were back somewhere safe. The roadside assistance provider was great and friendly, ensuring we retrieved our trailer and car from highway late at night. Providing that peace of mind knowing your vehicle is safe and not leaving on side of highway overnight, hats off to the Watson Lake, Yukon roadside assistance provider.

Apparently, they've just started running their business so there was a lack of knowledge, even though, the receptionist was very very helpful. Wiper blade didn't work well so I had a hard time driving in the rain.
