Uhaul is to be lot better. This time experience in all fronts were extremely poor. Pickup procedure took me 30mins and finally link got timedout. I had to wait 1hr to reach customer care from 11:15 to get the correction abt just utility dolly picked up with 15" truck Finally when I went go drop off. Cashier messed up and charged me for 2 utility dollies and 1 appliance dolly. Finally I reached uhaul customer care again waiting 90mins. Customer care just did not answer my question rather they asked me to get in touch with pickup location cashier. Overall it was a rough experienceVINAY KUMAR N.

I left my tennis shoes behind the drivers seat unfortunately. The process was easy, the staff polite, and the experience was good. I felt completely safe in the vehicle and had zero issues with any mechanical components.LAURA G.
Went in to pick up uhaul (carroll fuel mart) 8300 baltimore national pike Gave cahshier/uhaul guy my id Asked for help with putting on hitch and trailer He said i dont know how to do that I asked if someone could help me, He made a ðŸ¤·â€â™€ï¸ face and said no you do it by yourself. So not knowing, We watched a video on youtube to hook up trailer (100 degree heat) Took 30 minutes to install. Left parking lot and began to exit onto baltimore nation pike. As i turned and accelerated the trailer came off the hitch and caused damage to my car and us. Put the parking brake on and called uhaul for immediate assistance Spoke with Dom, who sent Dan from uhaul our way and confirmed that we should not have hooked up the trailer. "It is always is someone from uhaul install" later Dan showed up Said multiple times that he yelled at the owner of the carrol fuel mart on 8300 baltimore national pike and also confirmed that they should have installed for us. We areThankful it did not occur at greater speeds, could have been deadly Dan said we should file a customer action report because this should not have happend. Dan put our trailer on properly and told us that the hitch was bend down (which it was not when we installed the trailer). He told us to drive a mile down the road to BP (another uhaul location) and wait in the back while he brings us a new hitch that is elevated to help with the bend in the cars hitch because the hitch bent down. Dom called back and said he would contact management and put in an action report for us and that management would contact us soon. Dan arrived at the bp and proceeded to switch out our hitch for a new one He told us that the location where we rented the uhaul from would no longer doing business with carroll fuel mart anymore. And that he would open up a customer action report for me and it will be processed once we return the trailer. so far we havent heard back from the adjustors or from anyone at uhaul.DEREK N.
It took unnecessarily long to pick up - at least 15 minutes. Truck was clean and well maintained EXCEPT it was EXTREMELY difficult to turn the key in the ignition. You have to keep wiggling and pushing and finally, when you think you'll never get the dang thing started, the key finally turns. The proprietor told me all the trucks were like that. Store worker was alone, trying to check out multiple customers in front of me and behind me. Other customers were visibly upset because the store worker had to process my reservation.James J.
The representatives at the counter seemed very confused about my reservation and were not helpful at all. Upon getting the vehicle because this was a mobile order, they were very confused and unhelpful. Upon returning the vehicle the person at the counter was very rude and not understanding that I had already taken pictures, recorded mileage, and other necessary things within the U-Haul app. If we are going to be allowed to use the mobile app as customers, then all staff members should understand how customers use the app and they should be willing to be more helpful. The 15 footer truck was not clean at the time of pickup. The guy at the gas station was not from uhual and didn't have any knowledge of uhual system. He took too long to get everything done for the pickup procedure. Another thing I had asked for 12.00 noon drop off time but he didn't do it properly and kept it 10.00 AM that creates confusion for me on drop off day.jignesh P.

The guy working there didn't even know it was a uhaul drop off location. And he didn't understand I didn't have keys since it was a trailer. No one helped me unhook it either. Tight corners to maneuver.Brian L.
