Y'all blocked out $75 extra without telling us. This caused our account to go negative, which caused an overdraft fee, and a couple of earlier debits also came out, causing more fees. That $75 was supposed to put gas in the Uhaul and buy us groceries. So, now, our account is still $30 in the negative, even with the $75 reversal, and we are hungry. :-(

We had questions about charges that he rudely answered, but would not stay to answer other questions to help us understand. We will never use this particular location again.

kenneth fWe had issues with the truck as soon as we left the location. Warning lights going on, which I called about and was told not to worry they don't really mean anything because they are faulty. The day we were going to leave we noticed a low tire. Upon inspection it was cracked all the way around the rim. It was a nerve wracking trip to say the least. We made it but it was uncomfortable to be in a vehicle that didn't feel safe.

Alexander LGeorge went the extra mile to apply a Uhaul $50 gift certificate provided by a realtor and her company that they were paying for. George also seemed safety conscious with attention to detail on that. I will add that Ryan from New Mexico's Albuquerque administrative office was particularly helpful in putting together a reservation in Durango, Colorado when one in Farmington, New Mexico, 45 miles south of Durango, fizzled out when the customer had a minor accident and could not return the truck I had reserved in time.

Grant AThe requirements for after hours pick up and drop off a 20 foot truck are excessive using the app. Even after creating an account it is required to go through way too many steps. The requirement to allow U Haul to phone TWO friends to confirm identity at early morning and late evening hours is unreasonable! I can pick up a very expensive luxury vehicle from three major car rental companies with much greater ease and less hassle. The time required to complete the steps is excessive! I used to like U Haul...the new app and procedures are awful. The local agency is Durango is great. The staff are great! The on line system and app are awful!

Steve MThe gentleman who set us up was professional and prompt. Had the truck ready. The one possible drawback was that when I mentioned we were towing a trailer with a go cart on it, he was mentioned that the truck was not supposed to be used to tow items and should have gotten a differnt vehicle. The person I talked to on 800 number seemed fine with the pickup being used. Anyway, when we returned the truck the same gentleman was quickly courteous and was quick with check in Gracias,

Benjamin BI started receiving calls from the location wondering where the truck was first thing in the morning because the pick up location had not communicated properly. When we dropped off the guy got out his device and started adding up additional charges. Ended up being twice the original price. I continually asked for a final price and he wouldn’t gove it to me said the receipt was in my inbox which I never received
Crystal GThis was a replacement truck but no one set it up as such. He was confused thinking I was a walk in client but I had already paid for the truck in full. So he had to jump through some hoops, again I think this is related to the woman I dealt with on the phone and her being new to the job or maybe not knowing how to execute a situation like mine? This truck was, I found out later, slated for service. It had a broken mirror that we had to gorilla tape to keep from moving in the wind. The windshield was completely covered with bugs and the wiper fluid wouldn't work. We had to pull over to climb on the hood and clean the windshield early in the drive and when we filled the fluid reservoir for windshield wiper fluid, it would not spray.
