Dallas MWebsite assistance took to long to proceed my check in. The phone number kept me on hold for more than half hour. The virtual assistant failed to help me more than once to indicate the key location. The system is problematic and made me lose 2 hours of my day. When finally someone helped meI had to re do my reservation and I couldn't opt out the insurance, and consequently I was unfairly charged for that.
