This location is for repair only. Public cannot get a vehicle here. Fortunately a Uhaul IT tech was there and she helped them fulfill my rental reservation. Your website should not allow customers to rent vehicles at this location, but it does.

When I picked up the truck this business was closed. Had to call 3 times and could not get the information to unlock back of truck to get the key. Finally transferred to the regional mgmt who helped me with the cotract and getting the key. Everything was great after that. Had a great trip with no problem after that.

this was a u-haul repair facility and dooesn't have room for a lot of stock, but I was called the night before and advised this location was avaliable. the gentleman in charge was extremely courteous and finished the return quickly.

Everything was great except the windshield. It was very dirty when I picked it up and I was driving at sunset which was very difficult. I had to do the Ave Ventura and stick my head out the window at a few stop lights so I could see. Had to find a gas station to clean it.

I cant think of anything that needed to change. Dean was helpful and he even called to remind me to pick up the dolly's I paid for and stayed after hours until I arrived. Emails were prompt. I would have appreciated a physical receipt upon check in but I dont mind now because I found the emailed one that landed in my junk mail. Everything was there just as I needed it thanks for being a helpful service a second time that I needed it.

The trailor was not where we requested. uhaul sent me a email the day before i was to pick up the trailor. no phone call was ever made. When I called uhaul I was not talked to professionally

Mileage on truck did not match up and they couldn't fix it on the computer, but with phone calls and notations, it was resolved.

Insure equipment is ready for pick-up. And available where it is supposed to be. I had to drive an additional 75 to 80 miles just to pick-up. And no refund on fuel for my car or rental truck. I had ordered 1 Dozen pads and they were not in the truck when I got to storage . Had to call and go pick-up at another store.

An appliance cart and furniture dollies were not available. I also got the feeling there aren't any blankets or boxes available but I didn't ask. They weren't offered.

Because of the very poor experience I had with the U-Haul location in Washington, Indiana, I will not be using U-Haul in any future moves. I was very disappointed with my experience with them!

The A/C didn't work in the U-haul and it felt like the heater was stuck in the on position, had to keep the windows down the entire trip. Terrible!
