I did not like the fact that I got the truck empty and was told to refill the truck to 1/4
SEAN HThe gentleman where great to talk with made it quick and easy, even though I needed a pickup truck I used the smallest box truck for less than an hour and they informed me where to drop the keys after hours great customer service from these guys!!

WAYNN DEasy to reserve and ready for pick up when promised. Will definitely use this location again when I need to rent a UHaul. It was conveniently located very close to my house. We rented 15' truck simply to move a grandfather clock safely and all went very well.
SHANE TMy wait to pick up my reserved trailer was 1.5 hours. A large part of that time was spent by the employee looking for lost keys for another customers rental. They shouldn't be involved in the rental business.
RICHARD MHave ac in the truck in Arizona it's too hot to not have one Other then that I'm very happy I needed the truck longer and it was hassle free
MICHELLE EThe truck AC would blow cold but if not driving it would blow warm. Driver door didn't seal well and hot air would come in.
Rick SThe location was closed. I was not aware I would need to go through a process with my smart phone to check out the vehicle and return it. The process was difficult, the locking device did not work properly, the truck was not located close to the lock box and it was well over 100 degrees as I was required to walk back and forth through the process. Not user friendly. Will NEVER do it again.

Hubert KSuch an easy drop off location. Very large parking lot for pulling through with our rented trailer. The gentleman in the Lock and Key shop zoomed on over to help unhook with a jack. Very quick drop off process.

Renita MThey sold me a lock for the trailer. I got it. Home tried to put it on and it would not fit through the hole in the handle. Why would you sell somebody that would not fit the trailer they were renting?

Dana RThe guy running the shop was very nice, but this is a locksmith shop not a U-Haul store and he was by himself on a busy Saturday morning, so it took us over an hour to get our truck and car tow dolly. Also, the trucks are not in a secured lot and the gas had been siphoned out leaving it empty. That wasn't a big deal but worth noting. We went to a gas station and spent $150 to fill up.

David JIt takes a minute for the uhaul to accelerate but besides that, amazing.
Alicia SI rented 3 dollies and none of that equipment was in there. I had to go out of my way twice to go to home depot to get a dollies because of the ineptitude of the people of this location. Luckily Josh was able to remove the pending charges for the dollies and I was not charged. The truck was dirty on the inside, it looked like someone had splattered soda on the radio and cup holders and didn't clean it up. At the end I asked for a paper receipt, JUST a paper receipt and the guy who i talked to had the audacity of getting annoyed and pouting like a child. I just wanted a paper receipt considering what had happened. Overall it was a disgusting experience.
Gustavo AWhen someone comes in to rent a truck from Phoenix to Las Vegas, it would have been helpful to know that additional mileage fees would apply at the other end. Especially for $100!

Mark ZProbably will avoid using U Haul ever again Needed a truck for a 15 mile transfer of material and had to pay .89 a mile 12.45 added to the 29.95 and 2 gals of gas at the Shell at 5.09 a gal. Total for moving 16' lumber over. $55. Ridiculous. Glad it wasn't a 200 mile trip.

Segundo MUsing U-Haul was a nightmare! I rented the truck for my niece to move in with me. She lived 209 miles away. I tried to make this as easy as I could for her. That poor girl had issues from the beginning. I had to extend the time to pick up her truck because her father was running late. They go to pick it up and that truck was given away. That place sends my niece to another location 1 hour away. She arrived and they had no knowledge of her picking anything up. She had to call the U-Haul place that had sent her there and they realized they sent her to the wrong location. She had 30 min to get to the 3rd location that was another 45 minutes away. If she doesn't make it then they will give her trick away. She was finally able to pick up the truck at the 3rd location. In that meantime I am calling U-Haul to figure out why this is happening. They had no explanation except I had originally extended the time if the first pick up but they kept stating I was late. She also did not receive a dolly that I requested for her. I also used my pay info on the app for all of this but yet they made her pay at the 3rd location. I couldn't believe the stress this caused for something that should have been easy. Even after she picked up the U-Haul, I received a phone call from U-Haul that was wanting to change the drop off location. We dropped off the U-Haul the second we unloaded my niece just so we could be done using the truck. That was the most unnecessary chaos that should never have been an issue. I've never used U-Haul in the past but I would never use them ever again either.

Keith HDidn't expect the truck or equipment upon removal even after I requested him to do so. He said it was not necessary and then charged me for MISSING / DAMAGE EQUIPMENT $200++!! I will be filing a complaint to uhaul corporate, every social media, my bank for fraud charges and demand uhaul to reimburse me for any additional fees I receive with in 24 hours. Will advise everyone of fraud.

tom GThe store was 10-15 min. late opening. When someone did arrive I was told that they didn't even have a 15' truck which is what I reserved over the phone for a 9am pick up.. I was the first in line when the person working told me the truck I reserved was not there he proceeded to take the people behind me and made me wait. He had 2 trucks avaliable onsite a 20' truck which was reserved for an 11:00 pick up anf a 10' truck. After being there 45 min and not being told why I told the person behind the counter a couple times I would take the 10' truck because I was already an hour late in getting the truck to the location was moving out of. I would not recommend this location to anyone. *They were late to open * I allowed to reserved a truck that the location doesn't have, 15 foot * Waiting 45 min to get started on paperwork for the only truck avaliable, 10 ft trailer. * VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
