Lorena BClean the trucks. Derergent powfwr spilledi the back of the truck. Mud all over the driver side floor. Dirt across rhe daahboard. Make the app actually work for check.ins. spent 30 minutes trying trying to get the app to work and had ro call customer service. I am done renting from U haul. It was the worst renting I have ever had.

Mojisola OLet customers know that 10pm is cutoff for return of equipment prior to rental. Also maybe have technology to allow customer to return 24hr with a code entry lock vs outdated padlock.

Broadus BNot related to the location itself, the system kicked me out while in the process of receiving the vehicle, it did not allow me to go back to the previous screen but rather sent me to the return screen, I was there for 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to get me access to the keys

KEVIN MAfter the horrible experience I had and reading all the bad Google reviews I see that nothing will be done because some situations where as bad and nothing has been done. I did receive a $20 discount I guess for The inconvenience and was charged $64 for mileage even though I had to drive to the location to return the truck even though the place was closed at the time stated to return the truck and I then had to drive back home to drive back the next day at 10:am next morning using extra miles after a horrible situation that could have been avoided if the app would not given a drop off time when location was closed. Or by training the location in treating the customers renting the trucks at this location because the disrespect and cursing was definitely not professional or needed . Make sure that the person in the location is not drunk when dealing with customers like he was
