the lady waited on drive thru customers while i was standing there waiting. THe online program on my phone said all i had to do was show her the screen and she would hand me my Key, Evidently not at that location. she barely spoke to me and she changed my reservation from 2 hours to 1 hour so I had to rush.
Friendly people; efficient process.
Fast and friendly service. Seems to have a lot of rentals available.
This is the second time after filling out all paperwork and paying online the staff couldn't find the reservation, then had the wrong price, this time had the wrong city to return the truck. I will give them props for working it out and finally getting me a truck but very frustrating, especially when you have workers waiting to load the truck.
We reserved a 10' truck for 2 days at $19.95 a day and when we went to pick it up there was no 10' truck. Only a 15' which cost 29.95 a day. Also there was only 1person working the drivethru and the uhaul part so we kept getting interrupted. A 10 minute transaction ended up being a 35 minute transaction. They took a picture of the front and back of our card that we were using to pay for this on a tablet which made me uneasy also. Still to this day,which is 4 days after we turned the truck back in, I do not know how much we were charged. We were also only told to drop the keys in the box when we brought the truck back and was unaware of having to try an check it in via internet or to call and be charged an additional $20. This was definitely not a good experience at all and I will not do this again!
Problems with uhaul website caused a delay when picking up the trailer. The folks at the rental location did their best but some glitch in the online check in made for a lot of calls to technical support. The trailer itself was in good shape and we were able to get the job done after the unexpected delay in the check in process.
We were in a thunderstorm and the truck cab leaked significantly!

Drop off occurred even though it was after hours. Very courteous and expedient check in occurred.

Computer system did not work properly. Had to re-enter all information I entered online to make the reservation. Trailer had odd smell inside similar to animal urine. Roll up roof continually got stuck. Worker was more interested in quitting time of shift than getting me set up. Trailer popped off my hitch while traveling do to incorrect hook up. After I reconnected trailer and properly tightened hitch to ball, there where no additional issues.
We only used this location because the location we wanted told us the day before we moved that they didnt have what we reserved online.
Dropped it off at 1:00 AM and called the next morning to confirm.
Mobile return was easy and convenient. No comment for improvement proposal.

The customer service was fine however the truck was in dire need of maintenance. The entire steering needs realigned and readjusted. It had a severe issue with play in the steering wheel and float in the wheels causing major drift. The engine sounded horrible and even when empty felt loaded down.

Well, I know it should not take 30 minutes to pick up or return a truck. I got done with the move, took the truck back to this location and had to wait 35 minutes while the woman tried again and again to get my info to go through her computer (I had provided all of my info earlier). I ended up paying for it in cash. Then I asked her if they were going to charge my credit card too and she just said " I don't Know". Well I can tell you right now if I get charged for this rental twice after having to stand there and wait for a half an hour going through this frustration of just trying to return the truck, I won't use your company again.
Facility, next to a drive through is nothing fancy. But staff was good and truck was clean and ready for trip.
Don't charge the person 3 times for same rental. It's very expensive to move so be considerate when charging someone. By the way, there is one transaction paid in full, the other 2 are pending on my account.

Yes I'm not receiving my deposit $ 120.00 back up now two weeks ago.
When we pulled up the guy asked me why I was bringing it there so I had to show him the paperwork to prove it was the right location. He said that the company never contacted him about it. He provided no help on disconnecting trailer. Just told me to park it back there by the truck. Took too long to check in.

I wanted a smaller vehicle. I was told that they didn't have one available so I had to pay more than I was expecting. I rented the vehicle for two days and was told that if I needed it an extra day to just let them know. When I called and asked for an extra day, I was talked to very rudely and told no. I explained I was the only one moving everything and needed the extra time. I was shocked about how rude they were and how they didn't understand my situation. I will never use this company again. I will make sure and let everyone know about how I was treated!
Got me on my way quickly. Great place!
There was only one young man there to unhook the trailer. He was also working a beer drive thru and I had to wait while he attended the beer drive thru customers. When he had the time to unhook the trailer, he did not know how to do it so he ask another guy to help him. Both guys said they didn't know how to unhook the trailer. After a few minutes of fumbling around, they got the trailer disconnected from my vehicle.

Everything was smooth and professional! My only suggestion would be backing the unit into a spot so those who are not comfortable driving large box trucks can have an easier time getting out.

The people were friendly and helpful
No one was there when we dropped the truck off but I called the next morning to report the missing furniture blankets and the person I talked to was very nice.

I saw nothing that needed improving. The transaction was smooth and fast.
