DOLORES DELIONI drive 12 miles and had to put 8.5 gallons of gas in it. Cost me 25.00 to fill the tank. That is not right. Not happy with that
Mark AlfanoWhen I reserved the truck on the app it said I would be charged 79 cents a mile. When I got my receipt it showed I was charged 99 cents a mile. More clarity on how much I would be charged would have been helpful. I also know that I traveled a total of 50 miles yet somehow the truck I used said it was 55 miles. I believe it mistracked my mileage.
Jaime PonceThe vehicle I got was very rough to drive. I don't know if something is wrong with the steering or what but it happens when going about 45mph. Also a headlight was flickering.
Ashley MaynardTruck required a quart of oil and all but two tires were low on air. One tire was only 20PSI pressure. Otherwise the equipment ran well.
Sherrill HazardMy son-in-law, a certified mechanic, said the truck needs new brakes. Headlights were very dim; driver's side almost burnt out. I have used this location several times before. I've never had any issues with any of the vehicles I've rented. Maybe this is one they just got in and haven't had a chance to check

Emmett FortinI was charged extra, I don’t have to go there and check what is that for and I am not interested too. I ran the truck for 21 miles and put 4 Gallons of gas before returning which is more than required and I was charged for 11 Gallons of gas. God knows what is that for.

Robert MoyerThis is no fault of the location where I rented the cargo van. The return process to verify that the vehicle was returned, it was rather difficult. I was unable to finish it. Now I'm afraid I'm going to incur the $20 fee because I couldn't figure out the U-Haul return site

BYRON HANDSHOEThe U Haul app couldn't find this location, even though I was right there. Don't trust the app if it tells you to go to another drop off location, if you are certain you are at the drop off location you selected. Ask the staff before trying to take it elsewhere. They are very helpful.
Nathan RueckWait time to take care of a past due payment was ridiculous. If you make it so customers could take care of all payments online it would make things easier and than holding for 30 minutes or more for a 5 minute issue

Alissa DrummondThe row strap on one side was broken so it would not even go around the wheel of the vehicle we were towing. Thank goodness we brought extra straps out we would have had to either go swap the trailer or buy straps.
