The people were very nice, helpful/accommodating but the location isn't the best. The truck was stuck in the mud and it took a group us to get it out. The location was committed to helping us so that shouldn't be held against them. They lost the key to the truck we ordered so we were given a larger truck. I drove it and it was really uncomfortable (bouncing in an abnormal way). Then I found a gash in the side of the tire with wire exposed. I took the truck back and on my way I found their missing key for the '20 truck in my '26 truck. They then proceeded to get me the '20 truck and it was stuck in the mud. The real issue was the expectation set by Uhaul's central booking. They shouldn't have set us up at that location because we ordered an appliance dolly this location didn't have one so I had to drive to another location for pickup. All in all, it wasn't a great experience.

The place reeked of smoke. You could tell he smoked indoors. When I arrived the employee said he had to finish his game on his phone real quick. It took him 5 minutes to finish his game. Never gave me a paper contract. Also he said that he didn't have any blanket. Wish he would let me know before hand.
