only thing was when i went to pick up the truck the guy that does it wasnt there. had to wait while the guys fixing flats had to call him to come in to the shop. no big deal, he came pretty quick, would be good to train more people to handle the rentals in case the guy in charge is out.Mike B.

My 17' truck reservation was for 8:30 am. When I arrived at 8:25, I was told it was the guy's day off that knows how to rent out trucks. They called the store manager and he came about 15 minutes later. I left the store with the truck at 9:05. For some reason unknown to me, I had to return the truck to the same location. It was the only 17' truck they had. At $0.99 per mile, I had to pay about $60.00 more than I should have. I guess if you're the only truck rental in town, you can charge whatever you want. Actually, there are 2 uhaul stores in town, but I've heard the other is even more poorly managed than this one. I got the job done and the truck performed as it should. I won't be renting from uhaul anytime soon.Richard M.

They are the ones that charged me the $11.00 and some change for gas when I Put the Gas back exactly where it was when I got it.aaron S.
