The only problem is the odometer and a check engine light needs to be fixed as well as changing the engine oil and tire pressure whether it's the valve or just needs air in the tire maybe it wheel alignment but other than that it was great.Angelica B.

The lady had no idea what she was doing. I agreed online to .99 a mile like it says and then when we get it she says 1.99 a mile and then it said on my reservation when pick up you pay $45 and when we pick up it was $116 and she told us we would get the $100 deposit back. I was very disappointed.Nefy C.
Very good experience with the van. Ran great and I thought the gas mileage was good at 18 miles per gallon. Will definitely continue to re t your vans for my business.Richard G.
The truck was dirty to begin with. Coffee straws and coffee stains around the cup holder. Everything went well with the rental otherwise. However when I went to return the truck, I filled it up to 7/8th full as it was when I picked it up. It states in my contract where it was when I picked it up. The gas station attendant who checked me in at the end of the night who interrupted my U-Haul app check in process. Tells me that the gas was full when i received it and that if I didn't fill it up I would be charged extra fees. I told her I did fill up according to my contract and she said No that's false, it's suppose to be full. So I proceeded to add more gas to make her happy. Before I knew it the man filling my gas was trying to get every penny out of me by over filling the tank. I asked him to stop because it's full and he proceeded to play as he didn't hear me. By the time I knew there was $40 of gas added to the truck that was not needed per my contract. Then on top of this, she asked for a great review as she did not charge me for a third day when I returned it well under 48 hours. I will no longer be renting from this location. I've rented from many other U-Haul locations before and never have I experienced a problem like this before.Fernando A.
