The mobile pick up/drop off process is very time consuming and frustrating. I would not recommend that process to anyone. I had ordered dollys and pads online. They were not in the truck and I had no idea where to get them. This "location" is a used appliance store that was closed. No one on site to be of any assistance. The truck was fine, but I won't ever use the mobile process at a random pickup location again.

No one at location even though I was there during posted normal hours. There were others at location trying to drop off too and had same issues. Note in door says to call a number if no one is there, tried that 4 times leaving a message and no one showed up or returned our call. The other party that was there to drop off tried to call too and same issue. Finally just did the online drop off with photos and left as no one around. Would not recommend to even people I don't care for. Not sure how you run a business and not show up or answer your phone like you direct people to call for service.

Don’t use this location they didn’t Open on time and it took us 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork

No one was at the business when we came to pick up truck. Called the number on the door and waited 45 minutes for someone to arrive. Didn't give us any paperwork showing condition or amount of gas in truck. Inside of box was dirty and had to be sweep out before use. Was not at business when we returned truck, texted and was told to leave truck and they would check truck in. Dropped truck off and called Phoenix to verify time truck was left, 11;18 am on friday, mar 1st. Truck was not checked in until 5;00 pm on that day causing us to be charged for extra day. This location is very unprofessional and should not be an agent for u-haul. This is the worst experience I have had with u-haul.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had moving. First, I was not able to change locations to the Uhaul store front. The call center did not tell me that my location was the second time around place. Luckily, I found out because I went into uhaul days before my move and double checked. They informed me of the location. Second, my reservation said 9am. I show up at 9am. Second time around is not open. I go to the other location. The line is long and many people are upset about various things. 25 mins later I get to an agent. I tell her “No one is at the other location.” She says “talk to a manager. There’s nothing I can do.” I then wait another ten mins. A manager comes out from the “bathroom”. He tells me that this happens often with the Second time around location. Unfortunately, there’s nothing they can do. Second time around does open until 10:30am!!! I go to pick up my truck at 10:45! No one is second time around again. There is a phone number on the door. I call and she says she will be right back. She comes back and tell her the problems I’ve had. She says “we don’t make money from this, there’s nothing I can do about it. You should have received a call about the time and the lock box code. I put your keys in the lockbox.” I was not informed of any of this information. The agent was not helpful or kind. The location on 6th street seemed very stressed and understaffed.

We could not recognize it as a UHaul business ... needs a sign. The person who checked us in was top notch!

When we arrived no one was there. Had to call to tell her we were there and then had to wait. We had reserved dolly and furniture pads but the location does not stock any supplies at all. Received the appliance dolly only.

Personnel wasn't knowledgeable of the return process. Also, wasn't the most ideal uhaul location. Extremely thankful for the return truck walk thru feature uhaul offers via website. There's a chance I would have been charged for exceeding mileage had I not done the return process myself with the guided check in and accompanying photos feature.

They were not open all day. Phone went to voice mail and I never got a call back. Lousy service from there end. Strongly suggest using the U haul dealer on the west side of town.

I dropped off the truck after business hours. I called the UHaul customer service line and they gave me instructions to leave the vehicle at this location, dropping the keys in a UHaul marked orange box. The box at this location was not clearly marked that it was specific for UHaul rentals.

I waited 15 minutes for someone to even talk to me and another 5 before she told she was busy to help me right now as she grab the keys from me and told me she would deal with it later to just leave. 5 days later I got charged another $9 for gas after putting over $14 in it which I don't think was fair at all. I was treated very poorly and I don't think I should of been charged any extra. I'm very unhappy and not sure I will use u-haul again

No one there at drop-off. Key drop was a mail box. doesn't seem like the most secure option....

Took and fifteen minutes no printed signed contract.. in store equipment sucked didn't know how to use it. No adapter for lights. Not offered a refund or cancellation.
