There were not marked spaces to park the UHAUL truck. I did not receive confirmation that the truck was in good shape upon return and we did not do a walkthrough.Eric H.

I received an email confirmation with my pickup date and time. When I arrived at that location, it said it was open till five (I was there at four) and no one was there. I called several times no one answered. I called the 800 number and they told me I needed to go to a different location than what was on my email. I went to the new location and they told me I had to go to yet a third location to pick up my truck. It took several hours to finally get it. The lady told me they would extend my drop off time but they didn't change my drop off time. So they then charged me $50 additional for returning the truck late when they caused all the chaos and had me driving all over the place, using my time and gas.Daniel C.
I did not receive either dolly I paid for or the 24 furniture pads. I talked to the location and called uhaul about this, but I was still charged. I should be refunded $34Bree D.

Not location related. But I think uhaul should be honest and upfront about all fees. I rented my truck for 4 days, I was expecting $160+ .79 cents per mile. But no, when I got the final bill, I was charged 160, plus .99 cents per mile, website says .79 for the 26 ft truck. Plus some 56 dollar charge. Plus and economic fee?? Every person that I talked to (atleast 3) from uhaul on the phone failed to mention the extra fees. Everyone told me 160 plus .79 a mile. I gave an estimated mileage and they gave me an exact price. $187 or so. Uhaul is a great company, easy to work with and schedule your truck but are not up front about all the hidden feesrichard H.
I called the 800 number to request a different drop off location. The rep stated that would be fine AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. When I got my receipt they charged me 31 extra miles at .40 per miles. The purpose of calling was to ask for NO ADDITIONAL FEES. I called 800 number to discuss the issue. She stated it was nothing they could do. At the beginning of the call, it says calls are recorded. They should go back and check the conversation. I hope I never have to use uhaul again. The additional charge was a small amount but when you tell me no charge, that's what I expect.MARY W.

Google maps couldn't find the address. Had to call 3 times. Also this location was 20 miles in the wrong direction from our home.Reed E.
A service station that rents U-haul equipment. The clerk had no idea how to rent any equipment. I had already arranged the rental using the U-haul App. I left the site with only the trailer. I did not have any blankets or a hand truck that I had reserved on the app. I also did not have any paperwork showing I rented the trailer. On top of that the clerk took a picture of my driver's license on his personal phone. That act can be a cause of great regret later. The clerk directed me up the street to another U-haul place for the blankets and hand truck. The lady there said this was not the first time this had happened. She was also kind enough to issue me some paperwork so I had proof of rental.David G.
when I dropped the trailer off I did not receive anything proving that I brought it in . I had the young man sign something indicating that I left the trailer there. I thought it was strange that there wasn't a paper trailjackie M.
