I would say you need to train the people who are going to be dealing with U-Haul trailers and trucks better. I have only rented trailers a few times, but I knew more about it than he seemed to.

The gentleman at the office was very polite and knowledgeable about the trailer I rented, helping me to properly hookup to my vehicle. Easy and pleasant experience!

The gentleman working behind the desk had absolutely no understanding of the uhaul process. On top of a lack of knowledge, the man was extremely rude and scatterbrained. He answered and made personal phone calls while I was standing in front of him waiting to pick up my reserved uhaul truck. this went on for 20 minutes before being helped. Then on the return, a process which should take 3 minutes maximum, I had to walk the man through all the steps so that he could submit the report. This was a disaster. The gentleman initially tried to charge me for 500 miles of driving (I was in the uhaul for 2.5 hours total and that included the time it took me to load my belongings and then unload these same items) unless this truck had been powered with rocket fuel there was no way I could have driven 250 mph. I then had to teach basic addition and subtraction in order to ensure I was charged for the correct amount. During this process I was again interrupted by scatterbrained actions of the gentleman working. The most excruciating experience i've ever had as a customer of any company/store. DO NOT GO HERE

My complaint is the distance I had to drive to pick up the cargo van I reserved. Almost half of my total mileage cost was driving the van from the pick up site and returning it (a total of 32 miles). There are multiple U-Haul locations mush closer but none had a cargo van; the size of a cargo van was the best option for my particular task. If I need a cargo van in the future I will not rent it from U-Haul.

The woman that rented me the U-Haul did not know what she was doing she actually had to call in to the 1-800 number to get assistance when I got on the road the truck kept pulling to the right, I believe that it is out of alignment it kept running me off onto the side of the road and I believe that the shocks are bad because the truck jumped up and down terribly.

Somehow had the wrong times. Only gave me 10 hours. Had to return the truck and get Penske. Will never use uhaul again. Penske from now on

I don't think you could improve anything because the young lady that helped me was excellent!! She explained everything from beginning to end and made sure the rate was correct and asked if it was ok before she processed anything.. Thank you

The customer service rep was so nice and professional!! She let me know I could pick up the van earlier due to a cancellation which I needed. Everything was clean and well kept!! No issues with the van, nobody likes moving but this was the 1st time I actually felt comfortable and safe in their new van. I forgot the reps name but she was awesome!! Thank you, Pebbles Jackson
