Horrendous Customer Service Experience. There was no one onsite to check in (supposed to be there). Workers at gas station completely clueless. Spent an hour & half on hold/talking on phone with UHCS to validate reservation and give lock box code. Lock Box was broken - key missing. Had to get another vehicle and key. 2hour delay had to pay moving fine.

Worst experience ever. I had a 10am reservation and couldn't get the lock box code. Had to talk with 2 separate agents on phone where the first had no idea how to help. I then realized someone had changed my reservation to 10:45am which made me have to wait additional 45 min. It was a nightmare. When returning the truck the uhaul app wouldnt let me past the take picture of fuel and mileage. Which had to call an agent again to help with return. This was a nightmare and shouldn't be this way. Get your stuff together uhaul seriously trash experience.

This is the second time I've had a problem with the app. Uhaul needs to fix its photo problem, I tried numerous times to take a picture of the odometer and it kept giving me a "low memory" notification. I got so frustrated that I had to call the 800 number, with a wait time of 46 minutes. Luckily, I didn't have to wait that long for an agent, but seriously, a 46 minute wait? Everything besides that was fast and easy, just the picture taking definitely needs to be fixed.

The Truck Rental 24/7 did not work as smoothly as I would have hoped. I had to call primarily as I was unable to sign into my account. Then, while returning the truck, I had issues using the web browser to start the return process. Otherwise, the truck drove very nicely and was well kept. I would recommend or use in the future.

The app would not pickup my location when trying to return the vehicle. I called UHUAL and they could not figure out why it wasn't working either. The gas station location was no help. It wasted a lot of time and effort worrying I was going to be charged for not returning on time because the app would not work. Would not use this service again.

The website was very glitchy and the pick up and drop off process was frustrating. The video mentioned nothing about having two other people verify our phone numbers and had to wake up family members to get verified. We ordered a dolly and it was not in there.

App check in was annoying and took a long time. Gas station attendant had us wait outside in the cold while we had to go through the loooooong process. Never. Again.

The gas tank was almost empty when I picked up the truck with was in so many ways inconvenient and ridiculous the truck is definitely an old battered piece of shit that needs a once over. Sure the cab was clean but was it well maintained No!

This was the worst experience I had in renting a truck. I took and Uber to the pick up location and was contacted 5 minutes to pick up time that my rental was not available in the pick up location. i then only had the option of a mobile pick up that was 5 miles further and cost me $20.00 more to get to. Once there, my reservation was not switched over to a mobile pick up and spent 45 minutes on hold to be disconnected and then called another number that someone else gave me that was having the same problem. While trying to figure out how to get the rental i forgot my $150 sunglasses in the uber car since i was trying to get rental confirmed for pick up location. i originally had a 15 ft truck reserved and then got a call 2 days before reservation and told only 10 ft available however, my price never changed for the smaller car. This was the worst experience and i will NEVER rent from uhaul again!!!!!

The clerk at Shell was brusque and unhelpful. He told me to just park behind, then when I'd parked, wanted me to move it into a space that was impossible. Later though, I needed assistance with something I left in the truck. Johnny helped me over the phone and was very helpful and friendly. Johnny was a joy to work with.

Took 40 minutes to get the truck. The system had errors and then you had to call a number for assistance. It took 3 calls to get the unit. The accessories I have reserved were not available.

It was a very bad experience. It took over an hour and 10 mins from when I arrived onsite to pick up to actually drive away and start my move. I've done the 24/7 mobile pick up before without issue but this was terrible. Rethinking using U-Haul ever again.

I had scheduled and received a confirmation for a pick-up time of 12am ( midnight) on Tuesday August 17th. Then received a text message the evening before saying my pick-up time was 12pm (noon). I called to make sure that the times were not changed and the guy had told me that the there was no information stating a midnight pick-up time just noon. I explained to him that I had worker coming at 7am to help us move and that is why I scheduled to pick up the moving truck at midnight so I could have it prepared early. They were unable to make my original time work. They switch it to pickup at 7am. It took half an hour to go through the approval process and I barley made it back at 7:43am which left everyone waiting until then.

The online application process took around 20-25 minutes, which is too long in my opinion. The assumption would be that online would be faster than working with a rep in-person, but if the online process takes that long then it would just be better to have a rep on site.

This was a location that was confusing as no office. I had to call UHaul and was told to go ahead and park the truck and use the drop box for the keys. There were no signs advising of this and drop box did not stand out, had to really look for it.

Very weird that I had to give a secondary phone number when checking in. I was not prompted originally when reserving the vehicle to give a second phone number or my employer contact info, so I was really stressed out while picking up the vehicle because my office for my employer was closed.

The site is not entirely setup for self check in and checkout. I had to call the Uhaul customer service 3 times coz it got disconnected and twice they had to transfer me to the pickup department. There was a lag between my screen and what they were seeing on their end, coz I completed account verification by uploading drivers licence and a selfie and it kept saying you are ready for pickup and already mailed me a receipt and drop off time instructions but I never received a lockbox code to take out the keys and when speaking to an agent they kept asking me to upload a proper selfie and wouldn't release me the lockbox code. I wasted an hour before I could take the truck out. It was frustrating. And it's an unmanned location, when I called the owner after getting the number from the Gas station guy, owner was clueless and directed me to a site uhaul.com/here which says Page Not Found. Uhaul 24/7 and auto check-in - check-out is a nice concept if it works, but this site is not setup properly so all in all a very frustrating experience and I give 1 star for that. While dropping the truck off, there were no designated empty spots and spot where I removed the truck from 2 hours ago was already taken so I parked in a spot which I imagined as the only possible one so other trucks could get out without blocking them but I'm not sure if I was allowed to park there. Clear designated spots would help further improve the automated process. I was asked to upload pics of the truck parking for next family but I didn't get pics from the previous drop off. So perhaps it would help to maintain consistency and same spot.

Would be nice to be able to speak to a human on site, was not told it was phone check-in only when first making recommendation. Lock was on wrong box and delayed me 30-45 min trying to talk to someone to get a new code. Not Uhaul's fault, but frustrating that it took so long to fix.

U-haul area was not very clearly marked and I had made 2 reservations over the phone for a truck that apparently never showed in the system. It was overall a very frustrating process with poor customer service until getting to the pickup location. Also, although the truck itself was clean there was trash all over the pickup lot.

It took about a half hour to finally get the keys for the rental, which dug into my time that I had the truck for. I had to call twice and stay on the phone the entire time to finally get the keys. I opted to rent a dolly and it wasn't in the truck.

U losers emailed me at 11pm the day before picking up the vehicle telling me it was changed to a truck share. Something I specifically ddnt want lol. It cost me about 20 minutes waiting on the pictures and shit to go through the website. Wat a joke, I won't be using uhaul again

I love that I did not have to deal with some on pickup and did it all on my own. The last lady I rented with at Mr Pong number 2 was atrocious and crazy. This was convenient and easy. The only bad thing was how dirty the interior was. It seemed like it had not been cleaned in a very long time.

The truck was stuck between 2 other vehicles so we couldn't get out, we asked the employees at the location to move the cars & they said they had no control over it, we tried calling customer service & we were on hold endlessly and could not reach anyone.
