Although there were bugs and insects inside of Facility. My Storage G62 had several and I swept them out because we had just purchased Brand New Furniture. Have Storage Clean and ready for the next customer because the last thing someone wanna do is bring roaches inside their new home and have roaches inside their new furniture. The representative named Sam she help me she went above and beyond excellent customer service we need more Sam's in our businesses she represent the company extremely well and should be recognized for her customer service

Was not told the office closed at one when my drop off was scheduled for 2. Was charged $20 for after hours drop. Called the office for explanation and was told that it was explained to me. She also added that she had 10 trucks dropped that day and had to charge us all for not dropping before close (maybe because you never told us we had to).

Best climate control facility in Biloxi. VERY clean. They have alot of information about moving and everything you need to get started right in the office. Boxes of variable sizes, tape, bubble wrap, rent a truck .

The unit that I had was convenient, clean and well lit. Vehicle access was easy. Melissa at the desk was knowledgeable and went the extra mile of taking us to our unit. We turned in a trailer from a long trip and that was a peice of cake as well. I couldn't ask for or imagine an better experience than what I had. Melissa is fantastic
