TAYLOR FI could not get through the App, could not get through by phone, could not get through on website. It was a storage contactless site. I had to rent a 26' at another location for the move. Evicts was super awesome and provided amazing customer care and service. We then realized that the truck would never make the turn into my mountain location driveway so we called U-Haul again. We were transferred several times and put on hold again. We returned the 26 ft truck and Evita once again helped us navigate to get into the contactless storage unit to get the 15 ft truck. I prepaid for 12 blankets and a dolly but neither were in the reserved truck. I will need a credit for this. I do not want to try and make a phone call after today's terrible experience. I will be put on hold and transferred over and over again. I reserved this truck a few weeks ago. I called to confirm 2 days before move date and I did actually get an awesome customer rep who told me it was not reserved since I had not completed online payment step. She assured me it was a seamless transaction to get the vehicle and sent me a video. You were always my go to truck rental choice but after today, no. Organization and tech compatibility are non-existent.

Junior RPlease neither did the output porch for the radio work on the truck we rented plus The rate for mile changed when I Went to pay. This has nothing to do with the location, but everything to do with U-Haul I believe.

SHEILA CThe truck didn't have air conditioning and it was not clean. The gas was inaccurately indicated on the contract and when I returned it I filled the tank even though when I took it there was only 3/4 of gas
ARNOLD HThey didn't check me in. I returned the truck a day early. I got an email and call asking where my truck was and it was late. I needed to call and get it straightened out.

RONNIE A4x8 trailer lights would not come on when vehicle headlamps were required. Roadside service was required twice while using this equipment on an extended out of town trip. Function was restored to one light before return trip.
Jonathan CNotice the fuel was incorrect after I signed the contract. Young lady who checked me out said she would correct it. I got charged $23.80 in fuel charges. Tried to dispute it when I turned it in-I had picture of fuel gauge. Customer service was no help.

Lee EI was charged for three days when I only had the truck for 2. The receipt indicates the truck was returned at 6:12 p.m. when in fact it was returned at 9:00 a.m. and I checked in using the app. The store was closed at 9:30 in the morning when the sign said they opened at 7:00, so I had to leave the key in a drop box. I addition to the additional day charge, UHaul is now accessing my debit card for an additional $45 in unexplained charges.
Anthony CThis location added "safe tow" charges which I did not want or request. They never mentioned anything about it. Traffic delayed our arrival by one hour. I tried several times calling the number provided by Uhaul but never got an answer there. One of the two attendants was sitting in a chair smoking weed on our arrival. I would not recommend this "shady" location to anyone.

George LU-Haul had the wrong information. I made a reservation with specific details but my reservation details DID NOT match the pick up location details. We were set back an entire hour behind schedule. We called u haul at the time of pick up, and the representative apologized for Uhaul's poor service. We'll never use U-Haul again and certainly discourage others.

Linda MVery tight space to park the trailer I was towing. I asked for help and the guy said I would have to pay him if I wanted help. There was a bystander who was helpful but he was clearly not an employee.
Rachel FI won't be returning to this location for rentals. The overall appearance of the truck was NOT accurate according to the document when checking in. Also, I filled the gas tank to where it was before returning, and they documented less and charged me. Glad I took pictures of everything for proof.
Janice MThey didn't seem very organized or know what they were doing. The truck was an hour late and given to me on half a tank. I wasn't communicated well with.

PEDRO PRecommend not to do business with that store. At the national level: Have your manager respond to formal customer complaints. Treat your customers with respect, and don't dismiss them. Create a working link that supports customer service complaints. This was a terrible experience.
Yvette DU-Haul business was clearly there, but no idea which store in the shopping center handled them. It was a very small and crowded convenience store and U-Haul seemed to be an after-thought. It wasn't clear who was an employee and both the check-in and check-out process were poorly handled.

Okechukwu OThe attendant was friendly, cheerful, and tried to be helpful. However, neither of us was was certain about the hook-up. Basically, we got it right, but the trailer bounced off the hitch down the road. I was able to secure it by myself.

ellen CLocation was well stocked but the Uhaul rep was not even on site. I had to talk to a cashier and wait for her to come each time.
Daniel LHe had me disconnect and park the trailer by hand. The pickup location moved and hooked everything up for me.
Leland TEquipment against my reservation was not honored. Store attendant very unprofessional with whom ever he was talking to. Took almost an hour to complete the pickup process. When I took my equipment, I noticed if I relied on my equipment to already be loaded on the truck or brought to me, I would have left without the dolly's. I hate that I had to be on top of the guy for my equipment and I could have easily grabbed the wrong one. I'm not a seasoned mover. Also, I had to pay the movers that were helping me load/unload an extra hour because of the delay. I've decided next time to use a different company. This is the second time I use Uhaul and there's always a problem with having the equipment I reserved, available.
Carlos MYou guys were amazing! Thank you so much! We had the little hiccup with the pickup process because I had done the online check-in. But luckily we fixed the problem quickly and the rental was a breeze. The only thing we had an issue with with the truck itself, is that the oil light kept coming on and going off. Not sure what that means, but might need to be looked at. We didn't have any mechanical issues with the truck at all other than that notification light. Thank you again! -KH
Kate HSeemed unorganized and the lady was clueless about uhaul questions. Not an ideal location. Would have rather gone to an actually uhaul facility.

Pape JTrailer had leaves and other trash inside. I had to connect the trailer myself. Had to be cleaned out prior to use. Vendor added additional insurance to my credit card without my consent. I had checked in on line and prepaid. I still was required to produce my credit card. I suppose this is how the charge was added. I spent hours trying to connect with someone at U Haul to correct and remove the unauthorized charge. I finally was able to do so late that evening. I will never use this merchant again. I most likely will never use "neighborhood dealers" again. After using the company owned store in Kennesaw, Ga so many times and always having a great customer service experience, this was a total let down!
