The location is out of the way. The original location from which I reserved a 15' truck called the day before to say they didn't have one. I had to go to this alternate location and settle on a 10' truck that I didn't want. The people at the alternate location seemed uncertain about how to do the check-out. I will go with a local truck rental outfit the next time
