He was also rude and disrespectful to my wife to the point I myself had to get out of our truck and deal with him and set him straight. The pick up location was great. I have problems with u haul tho. The truck I rented and reserved they had given away and then I was given a truck that was like halfor the size so I had to make more trips and use more miles. Then when I returned the truck they were not able to return the truck and we're gonna charge me for two days when I picked up the truck 12/ 30 at like 3:50 pm and returned it 12/31 3:15pm. Only 1 day. Also I have an invoice for $144.91 and my card was charged $151.15. I will never use uhaul again this was a very poor experience the lady that rented me the truck was amazing tho.Ryan W.

I reserved my truck at the Soeedway and Craycroft location and was told I could pick it up on the morning I reserved it on. The day before I was scheduled to pick it up I got a call that the truck was available at a different location about 15 minutes from the other location which was a hardship on the time I had the movers scheduled . Also the estimate of cost was appx 40 less then the cost when I picked up the truck. This was an unexpected expense that I had no choice to pay at the time of pick up. I will not use UHaul again.Christine H.

I reserved a truck for 24 hours, I was than contacted by Uhaul and rescheduled at a different location. They than changed my dropoff date even though I made it clear I needed 24 hours. When I returned the vehicle they attempted to charge me a late fee which I argued and overturned. A very frustrating experience and not the first time I've dealt with the same problem. I will be looking for alternative options in the future.Benjamin P.

The 10 ft truck I rented from the above Tucson AZ location appeared to be a late model in good condition, but a warning message appeared above the truck's odometer indicating underinflated front and rear tires. I drove approximately 3 miles to my home and called roadside assistance. An hour later roadside assistance arrived, and after inspecting the tires stated the the two rear tires were worn to such a degree they required immediate replacement. The installation of two new tires took another hour. The front left tire was also dangerously underinflated which affected steering but was not replaced, only inflated. It is unconscionable and indefensible that UHaul would allow a truck with worn out, underinflated tires to be rented to a customer, not to mention the inconvenience of a 2 hr delay for tire replacement AT THE CUSTOMER'S HOME!!! We were told that they did not hook up the trailor, it was a good thing my husband was with me because I would not have been able to do it. The other places hooked it up with no problems. You should let people know when places do not hook up the trailor.Lori M.

Overcharged and the truck was filthy. Hair all over like someone cut their hair and left it. Shady policy about dropping the keys off on Sunday when no one is there to verify vehicles conditions. When over charged made complaint and the older white man (I do not remember name) said he fixed it but did not and went in a second time to fix the over charge and he was so rude (your mistake not mine he should remember that) a black man whom I've seen at the Oracle location was there he was just as rude but capable of fixing the over charge no apology nor did he verify the amount we were overcharged he just asked how much and gave us the amount back. Took a long time for the rental process. The rental agent advised it was a slow computer. He was starting from scratch when I advised I had already answered all questions when I made my reservation. The person at the counter tried to strong arm me into getting the trick insurance. I had spoken to my insurance carrier and knew that they would cover me. The person at the counter in a very harsh terms said"I hope you know we will charge your card immediately and you can work it out with your insurance". This is not good customer service.GLENN L.

When I got into the truck there was dirt all over the floor, sticky stuff on the handle and the guy told me if I brought it back dirty there'd be a fee but how would he be able to tell if I cleaned or not. I took pictures of the inside because I couldn't believe they'd even have a cleaning fee after what I sawKat B.
