Wash the vehicles

charee wThey ask you to return the truck w a full tank…just make sure you have a full tank of gas when you leave. My truck was quite a bit short and I didn’t notice till I was on the road.

Karen DUpon arrival at the nearest U-Haul location to my destination, I came to find out they had changed my drop-off location when I picked up the vehicle. Again, U-Haul doesn't care about the safety or convenience of the customer. U-Haul should be boycotted.

Edwin JPlease fix the uhaul app. I should not have to enable location and camera permissions on my internet apps for the 24/7 mobile function to work. It should all be self contained in the app. Juggling the app, random uhaul text messages, and the website links was a terrible experience and lengthend the process. The drop off site was a parking lot outside the 21st century storage. There was minimal lighting and trash everywhere which made the process unsafe.

linda bThe vehicle I rented for 2 days had a few mechanical issues such as brakes needing to be replaced, gear shifter sounding like it was completely about to break while changing gears, a crack in the top right corner of the inside of the truck that caused severe water to leak inside from a thunderstorm the day I picked up the truck. And check engine light turned on the day I needed to return the truck. The staff was made aware the day I returned it. Would recommend because this location because the person prior to me renting the truck must not have reported any problems to the staff otherwise they would have called to have it maintained, the location is 21st century and they called there uhaul person to come out immediately and put it out of service.

Monique LSHUT DOWN YOUR WOODLYNE, NJ LOCATION! IT IS HORRIBLE! I spent hours there and they were the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They literally blamed me for their incompetence and told me "It's not my problem; please leave!" In other words, we have a mini-mart to run and you are wasting my time. Read the reviews, this is NOT an isolated incident!!!

angel RWe attached the trailer to the truck ourselves, not realizing that the U-Haul dealership should have done that. The trailer hitch was older and we had to tighten it every time we stopped. I was concerned on the ride that we would lose the trailer, but we made it.

Angelo CHelp location keep key items like trailer hitch start up kits on hand. EVERY person at this location went above and beyond to help fix the mess Mount Laurel had passed to them. Their assistance kept us from just cancelling our reservation.

DENIS PWas charged for 15 gallons of fuel when the truck was driven appx. 20 miles and filled back up to its original level. Paper contract states the tank was 1/2 full, which was accurate. The invoice after returning the vehicle says the truck was originally completely full (inaccurate) and retuened 1/2 full (accurate). Thus, I was charged over $80 for this fuel difference. While I can and am disputing the charge with my credit card company and havr evidence to protect me, my escalation of this issue to Uhaul on Monday evening has not yet received any reply (Wednesday evening). I had no other issues with Uhaul or this location and cannot state whether the issue was technology error, human error, or fraud, but I should have received a reply back from Uhaul by now.
