The guys at the location were amazing and helped me greatly. The reservation system and the Uhaul approval process was absolutely garbage. First the system tried to rent me a truck that wasn't even available and had a check engine light on so it was down for maintenance. Second I tried to submit my temp id and the system wouldn't take it so I had to submit my old id that is still active, just has a hole in it since I was switching my state license. This then caused a whole ton of issues. I get the Protocol, but if you are going to force issues of not using a temp the you should make that more prevalent and in the details. Thankfully the guy at the location was ok with my temp id and we got on our way. Ultimately, I will use Penske or enterprise from now on. Uhaul has messed with me for the last time.DEREK S.

I originally picked up a 26 foot truck from a different location. That truck had a check engine light on and the A/C was not working. The location I was sent to to pick up the car hauler didn't have the equipment and they sent me to a third location. By that time I was so frustrated with the broken truck, the third location was very helpful. But they didn't have a 26 foot truck that could go one-way. Even though I parked right next to one when I pulled in. So, I ended up with a 20 footer that I barely got all my stuff in. Still haven't seen a refund for the difference of the two truck sizes. What a stressful pain in the neck.Robert B.

The staff is assuming and accusatory and ill prepared to provide items that were necessary to my rental. Not to mention completely unprofessional. There were issues with the app at check in and the staff entered it in manually after I left and took it upon themselves to add safe move. The truck was so dirty inside the back of the truck, but more so in the cab. Window rattled on the drivers door non stop. And the knob in the handle to the window kept falling off. The truck felt like it was going to break apart driving down the highway. Due to extremely unsafe wind conditions the highways closed and I requested to drop the truck off at a closer and safer location but was told I would have to pay a $300 fee. I won't rent from uhaul going forward.Petelo S.

Although the gentleman was very polite and professional and his face to face service was great, the following is my objective opinion. The truck made it 40 miles and needed power steering fluid. I went over the items for rental with the clerk including and incurring charges for blankets and a dolly. Neither dolly nor blankets were given or provided. The truck needing maintained should not be in your fleet until the power steering is fixed, especially being a 26ft truck. Than I was promised rental fees for items not provided would be reimbursed or otherwise not charged for, I was still charged.JOHN A.

I filled the truck back up to the previous fuel level. However when I parked the truck at the return it was on a bit of an incline, which it wasn't when I picked it up. I tried to contact the store to argue the fuel charges but never would get any response. VERY unhappy that they wouldn't communicate with me about the issue. I will never go to this location or recommend them at all!Kevin L.

Good place to rent from. I have rented from you all in the past. Truck was a little dirty up front, some dirt in the back, but nothing that affected its functionality. The way the truck was parked, I was boxed in on a few sides. I'm just fine driving those trucks and backing it out of that area through the snow, but I was surprised at the parking as that may have been an issue for other drivers. One of the four tires on the auto transport trailer was flat, and had only 20 PSI of air pressure. I added air and had no other issues to report on my trip. The pickup process was smooth and easy with this location.GARY G.

I could not do the online return. The app could not verify my GPS location. I took pictures as the online video instructed but was not able to complete the return. We arrived at 7 o'clock as we were redirected to a different location where we were told they were not receiving any vehicles. I had to wait until 8 o'clock when the employee did arrive according to the time schedule on the door of the office. He took the key and said he would check me out and send an invoice. I was charged eight dollars and his email showed that the gas tank was not quite full. The photo I have showing the mileage and the gas gauge, shows that the tank was full and even over filled. Instructions for parking the vehicle indicated that the van should be parked in the field. That area was very on organized truly just a field. Very disappointed in the service and the outcome of the delivery. Not to mention the app did not work.Robert B.
