This woman couldn’t get Wi-Fi on her pad. Finally she tried on her phone and that didn’t work either. She called someone at U-Haul regarding the application for the trailer. The lady filled out the application on her computer while they were on the phone. I couldn’t get a receipt. I was there over an hour and finally got the trailer hooked to my truck. The lady started checking the lights and I told her the taillights didn’t work. She said she had never had a trailer with lights as if she didn’t know she was supposed to check the taillights. She took a picture of the trailer hooked to the truck and sent it to the lady she was talking with to on the phone. They do not have a gas station any longer just a place to eat that isn’t in the gas station. She was taking a food order when I arrived and I waited 20 minutes to be waited on. I had a reservation for the trailer.
Larry HOur drop off location had no employees on site. We went there for 2 days and never saw anyone there. We tried using the app to check the truck in but all we got was an Error message. So we called Uhaul several times to attempt to resolve the issue. We did get to speak with a person, and we said that it isn't our fault that the location had nobody working there. I will not recommend anybody to use this location for a returning rental.
