Barrett McBrideWe were forced to change our location bc the manager at the Rainier location was horrendous and refused us service accusing us of being drug addicts bc ny husband looks disheveled and walks with a limp and has long hair. What he failed to inquire was that my husband is ailing from stage 4 colorectal cancer and two hernias. We've never been more humiliated in our entire life! This won't be the end of it. This is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and were planning on filing a civil suit vs him and Uhaul if they don't promise to terminate him immediately! Otherwise, everyone after that at the new pick up and drop off locations were wonderful! Could not ask for better service!!

Mason MoorheadNeither the app nor website would allow me to complete the after hours check in. A page showed that said to follow theses steps “make sure vehicle is locked and personal items are out, the vehicle is parked legally, and the keys are returned to the drop box.” All of which I did and I was charged a $20 admin fee for not following the proper check in procedures (which again I attempted multiple times). The staff at this location was friendly and I have called customer service but have not been helped any further with this issue. The customer service agent I spoke to was also friendly, but they could not get their supervisor on the phone and I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding the matter. Charging an admin fee for a procedure that could not be completed due to issues with your app and website is unfair and there should be regulations in place to keep companies from penalizing customers for their technical issues.

As someone who works in property management and constantly deals with stressed people moving in and out, I would never provide the type of “customer service” she did. Highly disappointed and would rather pay more and drive further to get a U-Haul than rent here again.
Mia YoonThe Internet/Cell service in that area is poor to say the least, i was unable to sign in and complete my Rental Contract prior to departure, and never did finish signing in to update the pictures and condition of the equipment. After 30minutes trying, I had to just abandon furthur attempts and go do what I rented the Truck to do.

THOMAS CASKEYThe customer service was fine but the truck I was rented had a hole in the gas cap. I tried to refill the gas so that I wouldn’t be charged for gas and when I began the pump, gas started coming out from the bottom of the truck. I told the representative this when I returned the car and she said “oh someone probably made a hole in it” and still charged me for gas and an extra service fee.
Leanne CastilloThe first truck the operator handed me had fuel at empty. He informed me that at here have been incidences of fuel theft where they cut the pipe and draw out fuel. I requested for a different vehicle but he said this is the only one in stock. When I proceeded to refuel, all the gas poured out. I then had go back to the shop where a new vehicle appeared/offered. All this took around 1 hour and I was pretty close to missing my inspection appointment at the Canadian border.

Gregory RosbarskyI have rented from this location multiple times and have never had a problem but this time the person there argued with me as I was returning the vehicle even though I was within the time window. She had moved another reservation up because I said I would be back at 4pm. What I said did not change the time slot or contract I signed. Then she said she wasn’t Uhaul but an authorized representative.
