It was very hard to get the lock box open to get the key. However, we first stopped at the UHaul in Golden, CO on Colfax and the two staff there were absolutely outstanding.

The manager was really wonderful - she did a great job helping us change units, showing us a better drop off, 10/10 for her. The storage facility itself the dimensions on the site did not align to the actual units. I reserved an 8x8x10 on line that the unit I was provided was 5x7x5 at best. This seems to be a disconnect with the sizing online and the actual inventory. The manager was wonderful about finding us a correct unit but would recommend that get updated for future users.

The service attendant changed my reservation time and entered my information without my consent under the promise that I would not be charged for the extra time. I will be taking this to court.

They really don't seem to be too on top of things. Our friend set up the appointment at first and they kept saying it wasn't the right location so we canceled that one. Our friend later told us he received a phone call asking where he was. Bizarre. Also the price kept changing so much. The total seems to have been $50 so hopefully that's the end of it.

They were not prepared, everything I had completed on line had to be redone. The truck was there but had not been checked in, which they did while I waited. Truck was was not clean from the previous renters, it was dirty especially in the cab. There was less fuel than what they recorded, I complained and nothing was done. I could go on. I will never use this location again!!!!

i filled the car up with gas AT THE UHAUL drop off location and i was still charged 10$ for 2 gallons of gas. i absolutely filled it to the brim considering the drop off place was a gas station. i asked the man to look at everything and make sure all was good and he said it looked great. i also tried changing my drop off before dropping it off and no one would let me and told me it would be a 400$ charge to drop it off in aurora vs. lakewood colorado saying it was a different state…. very disappointed with this service, i’m usually very pleased with uhaul, but this was trash.

Had a 20 foot truck available on short notice on a Saturday. It allowed us to complete our move in one trip. Staff was very helpful at both pick-up and return. Thanks for making it easy.

Sierra was wonderful and a great helper. I was really upset because my reservation was moved to a location 15 miles away from the one i made the reservation for. Sierra helped me a lot to make it a positive experience despite my frustration with the uhaul company.

Direct the customer to an actual U-haul Rental Center and not some seedy gas station with less than adequate personnel. Their customer service was extremely poor.

We scheduled our truck months in advance and I even called multiple times to confirm that our truck would be ready at 7 AM. They assured me I could use the app to pick it up, yet when I arrived it said it was unavailable and told us to come back when they opened in 3 hours after driving 35 minutes out of the way because it was the only truck available. Luckily, the gas station was open but they had one girl doing the work of 4 people. She was very sweet and helpful but she was running the gas station, selling pipes and bongs, renting U Hauls and selling cars all by herself. It took us over an hour to get the paperwork done due to her having to stop multiple times to help other customers with various things. Nothing was explained to us and we were horrified to discover that the truck we had to drive over halfway across the country with had a check engine light on. When we called they said that was all they had available so we just had to deal with it. It added a ton of stress to an already stressful day for us.

It took them an hour to get me vehicle and they did not have proper internet service for info they were requesting from me. They ran into a problem and just said it was the end of the line; I had to request that they call the company to sort issue. They then assured me that there would be no penalties for return if I couldn’t get phone to work for check in because of poor service. I got my bill today with after hours charges that I shouldn’t have to pay. And they charged me for the full rental time even though it took them an hour to get the the vehicle which cut into my rental time. I called them today and no one answered. I am currently rly waiting for a response from customer service department that I emailed earlier today to see if they can make this right.

The truck I wanted was not available because of mechanical problems encountered by the prior renter. The manager of this location offered me an alternate vehicle which worked just fine for my needs. Very kind and accommodating staff. Thank you!

Make sure you are available to pay attention to the customer when they arrive. Make sure you walk around the truck with the customer, make sure dolly or anything else thats being charged for, Is in the trunk, that way the customer isn't charged for something they didn't get and Not accused of not returning equipment that was never received. I still haven't received my money back, that I s considered an overage. I am still owed $48.00 from my deposit of$102.00

Didn’t even know it was a drop off. Extremely busy and difficult location to enter with big truck. Personnel were helpful. Don’t want to give bad rating because it was adequate and close to home. I would use it again if necessary.

My online confirmation told me the wrong location. Was rudely told to go to some gass station. Where there was no one to even give me the truck. Had to wait over 45 min for the owner of the gass station to show up. Then tell me there's an issue with my Reservation. After getting that taken care of. Back of truck was dirty. Blankets all over the back. Dolly sliding all over the place not mounted. Truck ran poorly with no power. Then had to return the truck next to a group of homeless people camped out side the gass station at 1030 pm was very scary did not feel safe.

The app doesn't work, this was my 3rd attempt to use when finally the place helped me AND THERE WAS no way to contact directly after having a seizure to let you know I was going to be late!!
