The agent was over 20 minutes late. They barely made eye-contact with me and read the script from their screen very quickly, like a robot. They forgot to give me my rented dolly and I had to go back to get it. The location itself was dingy and dirty. Overall, bad customer service experience -- but the van did the job.Ed S.

The actual location was fine, although I would have expected a truck to include a lock with its tool rentals for a long trip. Halfway through the 20 hour drive, the check engine light turned on. We ended up losing needed sleep to go have it checked out early the next AM. The only answer we could receive is that it â€œwill probably be fineâ€. Within an hour of driving away, the traction signals came on. We called again and we're advised there was no need to take it in and possibly swap it out, rather that things would â€œprobablyâ€ be okay. This was incredibly frustrating and stressful as a first time mover with uhaul, in the winter through the rockies. There was no offer of discount or empathy, and I will probably opt for a different service next time.Cayli M.
I rented a U-Haul through this space age U-Haul rental center this Sunday. I returned the U-Haul that same Sunday and handed the keys to someone an employee who said that they were the mother of this family business. I received several calls from U-Haul stating that I never returned the vehicle. After calling U-Haul International, I was told to go to the location and see if I found the truck. I did find the truck and sent images to the U-Haul representative. Subsequently, I was charged for a 3-day rental, a dolly, and an empty gas tank. However, I returned the U-Haul that same day. Additionally, I never received the dolly because the employee stated that they needed to use it around their house so they didn't have one available. I was also told not to fill up the gas tank because they have had issues with people siphoning gas. I filled up the gas tank anyway because I didn't want to get charged. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.Veida L.

The rental location is in a residential neighborhood with easy access. The personnel are professional, friendly, and competent. The equipment (a van) was in good repair and was waiting for me. I would mention to be conscious of the fact there is a $25.00 cleaning fee that can be a bit of a shock if not anticipated. All in all, a very good experience!THEODORE R.
