tire was slightly flat on the uhaul which I didn't notice until we were pulling out of the parking lot. We purchased a few moving pads to use and they were wet in the bag. Couldn't use them because our furniture was wood.

I received a bill that was completely fabricated after I submitted photos for mileage/gas and condition of the truck. I sent a follow up email and no one responded to it. If I don't hear back I will dispute the charges. This has never happened to me before and I am very upset about it.

I paid and reserved for a dolly but they did not have any available. I came back the next day, as I was told they would hold one for me, and it was once again not available. I basically paid for a dolly and time to travel back, without getting one.

I had reserved dolly's before hand on line and when I got there they had given them all out. They said it was first come first serve. Why do you allow people to pick them out on line if there is no guarantee that you will get one? We really needed those. Will not go back.

The person hooking up the trailer seemed uncertain of how it should be hooked up. If I handed rented before the trailer could have been hooked up incorrectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful thoughout the time there.

This location was a Plan B. Each of the agents I dealt with were helpful. The first location I visited, all of the employees did not seem like they wanted to be bothered with the equipment I had. However, at THIS location, they went above and beyond to help, find solutions and show me where to park the truck, etc. They were awesome and the location was VERY clean. DEE

This location was the only one that would take a 20 ft truck after calling numerous locations in the area. With no brakes we wanted the closest drop off and this was the only one we could find that would take a truck that length. Again we tried 1800 number and on hold forever so we called numerous locations to find this one

The check engine light went on within 5 minutes of use, and the car was almost impossible to turn on without having the door open and doing a series of other weird maneuvers, and I felt safe as a result. I also did not receive the $7.00 dolly I paid for and the $7.00 furniture dolly I paid for.

Clean and fix your trucks

The facility was nice, and the people who were working seemed to be nice as well. However, if I make a reservation for equipment for the truck and you don't have it, it would be nice to receive a call about it. I had checked into my reservation the night before for a 12PM reservation, and no one reached out to me the morning of to let me know we would be missing equipment that was requested.

Tried to use the 24/7 online rental because of COVID. However, it didn't work because they didn't have the equipment I had reserved. Apparently someone decides not to return it. They did make up for it by renting me a 10 foot truck. Overall the experience was meh. I think I should have been able to swap equipment online instead of having to go inside during a global pandemic.

Guys were very helpful but first had to go to another larger location to get proper hitch and wiring harness adapter. Second the contract has a different unit # then the actual trailer. Caused problems on other end.

The manager did not want to honor my reservation when I got there, even though he had many trucks. It took 15 minutes of back and forth debate and my asking to speak to the owner before he finally gave me the truck that I had a confirmed reservation for. The truck he gave me was dirty on the outside and the windshield wiper blades were dull and did nothing.

I was charged for renting 2 trolleys when in fact I was told that only one was available. Furthermore, when I went to get my truck there were no trolley at all in the truck. I finally got only on even though I paid for 2. I hope that you'll have the courtesy to fix your error.

I'm curious to why prior reservations for uhaul trucks or appliance dollies are made in advance. This location was based on the employee's whim - regardless of whether the dolly was reserved, if someone seemed to need it - they took it away from those who reserved it to those who just needed it on the spot. I also reconfirmed with them that I only received 1 out of the 3 dollies I had reserved and lo and behold - of course I got charged for 3 dollies even though I got reassurance from the employee that once they check the truck they'll be sure to take that out of my contract/order #. The line was immensely long - and the protocols during COVID should really be outlined in an email to be more comprehensive during pick up.

the vehicle was dirty - no hand sanitizer or anything was provided. The side mirror on the drivers side would not stay in place. Mileage rate is unreasonable considering gas is not included.

Fix your broken mobile booking process, which was TERRIBLE. The location cleaned up the mess your website left behind (truck was double-booked). But of course, none of your survey questions gave me an opportunity to speak to this. Your Research team needs to look at the UX of why trucks get double-booked.

The overall experience at this location was positive, and I had no issues with the truck or the app. One opportunity of improvement is better advanced notification of order cancellations due to late arrivals. I missed the first truck I booked by a couple of hours and the reservation just disappeared without any notification.

Do not allow people to book a 24/7 pick up at a location that does not have 24/7 pick up. People plan their entire move around timing of moving truck pick up. It's absolutely ridiculous to arrive for your 7am reservation only for it to tell you that you actually can't pick up until 9:30 when the store opens. This should be so simple. Completely ruined my move.

I had a reservation at a different location (SOX ON BANKHEAD 2650 Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy NW, Atlanta, GA 30318). Despite having EQ guarantee, they could not fulfill my reservation so I was redirected to 14th street. That experience was awful and not at customer friendly. I am still waiting for the EQ guarantee credit and getting the runaround.

The representatives acted like I didn't matter when I picked up the truck. They gave me a truck that was an in town truck to drive one way with (as 2 different U-Haul reps told me) Truck had a power steering leak that leaked all over the concrete on my driveway . Tires were low on air when I returned It . Brake sensor went off and would t stop (not parking brake) Thankfully the store manager at the uhaul place I went Ti was awesome and figured out the problem. U-Haul center in Mississippi and Dallas both were appalled that they gave me such a crap truck. But it made it. So whatever. I'll go with Ryder or someone else next time . Store in Pascagoula MS and the location in Dallas where I dropped It off we're awesome because they actually cared.

I lived in Decatur Ga. 7miles east of Atlanta.Ga. the location U haul gave me to return the vehicle to was 25minutes drive time in the heart of down town Atlanta and NW atlanta. , I had to use two interstates to get there and in a not so great area of of the city?driving a 10ft uhaul truck. When there are all kinds of U HAUL facilities much closer to my HOME> I was not sure how much gas to put in truck so I filled it up just to be on the safe side. As my Map showed it at 15 miles ??? this really made me angry . Thank you. Just wanted to let you know this is not customer service. thanks
