This was a "last minute" change due to the other location being unable to filly request since the previous renter did not return the keys to the truck. That operator got on the clphine and got the Brevard Rd location set up and they had what I needed. Very friendly and efficient.Benjamin L.

The original location did not have the equipment so we had to take an Uber over to this location for the truck. Then back to the original location for the blankets. You would think that a reservation made a week in advance would would be good enough. Guess not.Frank Casey C.

I have rented moving blankets 6 for $5 but tje person in charge forgot to provide blankets. I called her to take it off my record. In spite she assured me of that I had to pay $36 for missing blanket replacement at the time of return. Now I have to claim $43 which is rental plus purchase of those blankets and waste some phone time in the middle of my hectic move.SUCHISMITA N.

We had a run around and the closest location to us didn't take our truck so we had to run around to return it to another location. So breakdown in communication for sure somewhere and not customer friendly.Prema S.
Easy location to find & get in/out- is off a large highway & at a traffic light. Received immediate service, staff was friendly, helpful, and infinitely patient as I attempted 11 billion times to back the trailer into a parking spot! Would definitely use this location again.Anna D.

The person that I spoke with when picking up the truck said that it could be returned at 10 am the following day. I waited by the truck as the posted sign stated when dropping off for seventeen (17) minutes for someone to come out and check it in. They charged me 40.00 for an extra day saying I was late. NOT going to pay this. Waiting on a refund or will have my bank collect for me. The charge was BS !RODNEY B.

I also have my storage unit here at the Brevard Rd. Location. The manager was able to secure my unit ahead of time and provided me with access to get there late at night so I finish my move over the weekend. So accommodating! So kind! So helpful also as I was able to return my truck there, no stress, no hassle. Exceptional experience!Benjamin W.
The manager was a bit late getting to the site, so the grounds keeper moved trucks so I could back into an unloading area. He took the trailer off the hitch and rolled it to its resting place. He assured me the manager would send me a return receipt when she got in (she did). He was extremely helpful and customer oriented! Great experience.Herb M.

Our truck was not available for pick up, and the manager had â€œliterally no idea when the next truck would be there.â€ Our move was delayed hours until we were able to switch from a truck to a trailer and have. I had a 100pm reservation at 3161 Sweeten creek rd , waited in li e for 30ish minutes finally my turn for pick up only to be told be the clerk that I made the reservations @ 14 Airport rd. go there only to be told that (MUSUNDY) had transfered my reservation to his after I inquired about , now. mind you 14 airport rd has 0 26 Foot trucks at all , he then sent me to 1400 Brevard rd to pick up my truck. I did most of the computer work to get the truck at this location. now skip to drop off I arrive about 20 minutes early to drop off the truck to find noone at this location 14 Westley ct boiling springs SC, I then had to do a virtual return taking pics and most stuff on my phone about 30 minutes of my time ... all in all what exactly do u get paid to do , I did 90 percent of the work checking the truck out and an 100 percent of the work checking it in , very dissatisfied with my experience . even with all the trouble and aggravation of have to go to 3 diffrent locations no discount offered, nothing just whatever no skin off any one except me ... rinky dink operation...McKinley A.

The pick up location people were great but there was a problem with picking up my truck. Took 2 1/2 hours to straighten everything out. Also the truck was dirty inside.SHARI G.
This location's website stated they were open until 6 on Saturday, October 19th. We arrived about 330-4 and there was a note stating the manager was not there. We called the number on the note and advised we were leaving the trailer, since no one answered. Our return date was 10/21, so we returned 2 days early. Due to this location not doing their job and after numerous phone calls from us, we were charged $20 for an extra day's service. We do have pictures on our phone showing the trailer was left on 10/19, just in case anyone is interested in refunding our money!Tyrone A.

I had a very difficult time trying to rent the 10 foot truck. I was trying to get through to the Asheville location on Swannanoa River Road and would get put back to the call center. They would find me a truck, send a confirmation and where to pick up the truck. This changed 5 times before I finally was told they had one on Brevard Road, which they actually did have. I showed up at the location I had rented the truck from at the scheduled time only to be told that neither of the 10 foot trucks had been returned. The biggest problem was the call center. I had to wait 15-20 minutes before I could actually speak with a person EACH time I called to try and confirm my reservation. I rented a U-Haul truck about a month ago and everything went smooth.johanna E.
