Reservation was canceled had to pay more for a bigger truck, do to place being closed. Radiator leaked, didn't shift right, rpms went up to 5000 before shifting, customer service had me on hold for a long time just to get hung up on. Had to call and wait again. Horrible.PATRICK M.

The truck's engine has degraded to the point that not only does it require a large amount of gas to go beyond 40mph, but the odometer registers more distance than what was traveled. Additionally, all of my boxes now smell faintly of cat urine. I don't think the owners cat are related to this fact, but someone's is. The truck should be disinfected.James F.

The truck was great. The complaint that I have is that I reserved a dozen moving blankets that weren't in the truck when I arrived at the location. I wasted 15 minutes on the phone with U-Haul trying to get blankets, but I was told that I would have to pick them up from a different location. I ended up haven't to inconveniently buy extra cardboard boxes to use instead of the moving blankets.Andrew R.

It had 3/4 of gas when I left uhaul, I was told to fill the tank when I bought it back, I spent 30 dollars just to drive 20 miles. I was hurt and disappointed. But glad I at least was able to get furniture moved and done for that day.Tammye M.

This location was very hard to find. Once we did Find it, we walked in and it stunk!!!!! The smell of cat urine and filth (trying to be naked with floral air freshener) was overwhelming!!! We were in the office for 5 min waiting for someone. We ended up having to call the main number to finally get the owner to help us. She was curt and tried to be â€œhelpfulâ€ but in a very dictator way. There was no customer service. We were almost inconveniencing her. Even after leaving, we could â€œsmellâ€ the office for awhile afterward.CALVIN T.

Found the cab a mess with litter and food crumbs. Picked up the trash but didn't vacuum the crumbs and was accused of making that mess on return.Jon B.
Not sure if this is something you can fix but GPS wouldn't take my down 10th St to the UHaul place but it took me back roads and I did not end up on the right side of the fence. I had to go around the block and find the entrance myself.Tom R.

This vehicle was disgusting dirty and smelly. Not to mention damaged everywhere and no little â€œxâ€ spots which makes the pick up process a pain as their WiFi was horrific and it took like 20 minutes just to get it to connect. I was planning on reaching out to uhaul corporate and will still do so. The truck was filthy. There were sausage pieces found in the cab (most likely from pizza), dog hair, make up stains. It is fine. The lady that works in the office is NOT friendly. I had a 9:30 pickup time and arrived at 9:26 and she informed me that they did not open until 930 and she had check-ins that needed to be done. Just a very awkward transaction but in the end the truck worked great, the blankets and dolly were in the truck ready to go.RUTH N.

I was charged for a dolly that I never received. I talked to customer support and they said they would take care of it and I was still charged. I disputed the charge online at the return of the vehicle and it said I would be contacted within 48 hours. I was not contacted and instead was billed for the Dolly. I am extremely unsatisfied with the way I was told I would be assisted, and then charged otherwise.Harold M.

While ultimatly we were able to get through the transaction of me renting this truck, it didn't start out to well. The office is strangely located.. I didn't see it until I walked all the way up to it. When I got there, there are two doors and about 20 signs between the 2 of them to read. The door was a little stuck and when I pulled on it the first time, it didn't open. I then knocked and pulled again... The woman behind the counter was kinda annoyed and yelled to just pull it. Yes.. I was offended... Lots to process, Covid, trying to follow all the directions and notes. I didn't know about the uploading the drivers licence. It would be nice to do that when I book my truck. I rent from U-Haul a lot to move balloons around. This was not my favorite place to rent from. The truck cab was not clean, dusty, dirty had a pretty bad smell in it. AGAIN>>> COVID!!!! please clean the cab at least!!!! I was told it had a full tank of full, It did not. Over all - I got my job done. I returned the truck with more fuel than I got it. Not my favorite U-Haul rental experience.ALLISON D.

This location was over an hour away and their was a location 3 miles from our apartment. It cost us a lot of time and money to organize our pick and then the vehicle was 6 hours late!Grant E.
The front desk staff were great, the lady that checked me in was lovely. The uhaul systems were down so it took a bit longer than expected but I understood. The individual that was asked to go retrieve my blankets and dollies was exceptionally rude. He yelled at the front desk lady and told her he'd get my equipment once he'd thrown the â€œdamn trash in the dumpsterâ€. He didn't take too long but was moaning and griping the entire time. I felt bad for the lady in the front office, she was very nice and courteous; the look on her face when he yelled at her was that of a scolded child. Not professional at all. I used this location because I had good service previously. I would not use this again unless a person was able to help. The app experience was dreadful....took over an hour to check in and 45 minutes to checkout. I had to call at least 5 times to get thru the app process. The app process is demanding even tho I had given all my info in pre checkin reservation. Very frustrating to get caught in an app loop, to take pics of mileage, gas gauge, side and back of vehicle, my drivers' license (front and back) all while it was raining. Finding the lockbox was a trick then had to call to get instructions for unlocking the lock. Just TOO MUCH! The vehicle was fine.Constance J.

I was charge for a scratch for the back cargo part of truck but when I was asked to overlook truck before renting it there was no question asking to check the cargo part of pickup I assumed because this was a rental pickup and was used to move things of course there would be scratches in back of pickupRebecca A.
