Everything went well at pick up at their opening time and I dropped off the truck late in the evening and just dropped the key in the receptacle. This location was convenient for me except for the street work that was being done in front of the location.

With a very sticky situation that was in, they helped me even after their normal business hours to ensure I could leave the truck there from Wyoming. Everything eventually worked out after a few days when a manager personally called me from his cell phone to make the situation right and honored the price I paid at a different location before a couple of mistakes were made. This location helped me out a lot.

The drop key location had debris and animal feces around. Also very hard to locate when driving a large truck around.

The customer service person behind the desk asked my son if everything went ok and my son said “actually the inside of the truck box was dirty and someone left a pizza box and some other misc trash and the customer service person vehemently disagreed said their people cleaned it out beforehand and said everything but that my son was liar. My son is an electrical engineer and does customer service in the software industry, so he and knows how take care of a customer, and this is NOT how you do it!

I was greeted with kind and concise service and the vehicle I ordered 100% operational and warmed up a very nice added service on a very cold wintet day. I will be using this particular Uhaul for all my rental needs in the future. Thank you, Phillip T

I don’t understand why the same UHaul I rented sat at the storage unit all day while I had to go across town to get a different truck. The trip added at least 10 miles to my charges. Then, I was unable to check-in thru my phone and was helped by the shop owner even though she wasn’t open on Sunday. Kodos to her for the service.

The on site manager was super nice and helpful, and made the experience super easy. The equipment was in excellent condition and super clean. Definitely will keep using them for all my UHaul needs.

Tell them that they have to pull into Wendy's for access to the Storage area. Once I figured that out, everything else was easy. It was a pleasure working with the attendant.

The truck I rented had transmission problems. I notified Gretchen shortly after pick up and she made a note of it. Due to MY time crunch, I was unable to exchange the truck. Things went well and I had only minor issues. Once I returned the truck Gretchen notified me that it would be taken out of service immediately. This made me feel better about the care the vehicles get. This is my 3rd rental with 10th street. All the trucks have been clean and seem well maintained. Gretchen is easy to work with and has been very accommodating.

The lady who runs this location is a pleasure to deal with. She is very well organized and handled an office full of customers very efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend this location.

Tell is that the truck needs to be cleaned out. Truck was not clean when we got it.

I had reserved a 26' van in Laramie Wy, the day before my move, Uhaul called to tell me that there was no 26' van anywhere close and a 20' van wouldn't be available until Saturday mid-morning. I was moving on Friday and Saturday. I wouldn't have reserved with Uhaul if I would have know that I wouldn't have a truck when I needed it. They finally agreed to let me get a 20' van in Greeley, but I then had to pay the fuel to drive to Laramie as well as the extra time. Because it was only a 20' van instead of 26', I had to make an extra trip with my pickup and trailer. The customer service rep said she would give me double mileage and an extra day, but when I picked up the van, it wasn't entered that way. I had to convince the on-site rep that I had been promised that. It was a disappointing experience and one I will try to avoid next time by using a difference company the next time I need to move!

While the staff at the location was great, the experience overall was not so great. The headlights on the truck need replaced. In fact, one of the lights is completely out. It made for a very stressful drive in the stormy weather we experienced while using the truck.

This was my first time using U-Haul. Gretchen answered all my questions and the whole thing went off quickly and smoothly. The bill was as quoted with no surprises. I would defiantly recommend 10th street storage .

The attendant tried to help by calling someone, but then told me she could not credit my account for the missing packing blankets and that I would have to call U Haul to file a dispute. It is not the money that is concerning, but the inability of the attendant to help a customer with an issue. The location did not have any markings for where to park and the attendant made a point to say that I was not parked correctly. Perhaps a parking sign would help.

You need to tell customers whether their rental is an in-town or multi-location rental. Also, tell customer the hours of the location they are renting from so they know that when they return their rental, whether the location will be open or not.
