The lady. Was absolutely rude and the worst custom service I’ve ever encountered. She doesn’t do “online check in” and then complained about how I only had 6 miles on my estimated mileage. She also said, “if I had a nickel for every time I got burned by customers who are doing what you are doing I would already be retired by now” I didn’t complain or even give a response. Was polite. When I left with the truck, she immediately called my emergency contact and said that she wanted to make sure I returned the truck and that my mom who was my emergency contact was liable. I asked for 2 hour rental. And I got a call at 1 hour and 32 minute stating I was officially late. It was already parked and we were driving away as I received the call, even though I said 2 hours. We returned the truck and realized that the fridge door fell off not even 5 minute of returning it. And they claimed to charged us $25 for the “cleaning fee” and threw it in the dumpster. Worst customer service I have ever received and I would rather drive to a further location and pay miliage than work with them ever again. They shouldn’t be allowed to use U-Haul. Terrible people to have apart of your company.

Hal PinchThe owner of this location lacked mamnners or a sense of providing customer srvice. He had recorded the incorrect gas level, the incorrect milleage, and provided the wrong truck. He would not assist in attaching the dolly to the rented truck. All of this with an attitude of arrogance and disdain. We waited two hours for assistence form the regional manager to complete the dolly attachment. In addition, I found a key to one of the trucks discarded in the parking lot.

Barbara DietterI would move my belongings in a wheelbarrow before ever dealing with this peculiar business again. The owners were very rude -especially the female (not a lady by any means). I paid for 4 days (24 hour’s long). I was told I couldn’t rent it for Sunday since they were closed, so I was reluctantly booked for the extra day ( Saturday) to be allowed to keep it for Sunday. The woman said they didn’t have a truck Sunday, but since my return time was after closing time Saturday, I finally convinced the woman to let me rent it, but only if I had it returned by Monday at 9:00 a.m.-which was 6 hours short of my 24 hours. I returned the truck by 7:00 p.m. Sunday night. The owners were at their business at the time and before I left the store lot , my credit card was charged another $29. Since the store was closed I (the owners were on the property but the door was locked) haven’t gotten a receipt. I was told that U-Haul would not accept my State Farm insurance (which I had called State Farm beforehand who said I was covered up to 10,000 pounds-the truck was 8600 lbs). I’m surprised that store gets any business since the owner’s are so hostile it seems to most of their clientele, from what I observed. The owner’s are past burn-out stage, and seem to hate everyone but their dogs.

While friendliness certainly isn't required for an efficient truck rental, there were apparent communication disconnects where they would tell us to call Uhaul for some things and when we called Uhaul for some things, they seemed annoyed that they didn't have the information. Really, nobody wants to move or rent a truck. To rent a truck from people who seem annoyed for no obvious reason at you adds an unneeded layer of stress. Hopefully it was just a bad experience and not the overall tone of this location.
Karen ClarkTrailer was not there when I arrived at 9AM. Hour later it arrived. Not the owners fault but frustrating since this was my pickup time that I reserved and paid for! I should be compensated for an hour of my time that was wasted.

Lester OsbourneUnprofessional and rude to not just myself but each customer interaction I observed. They were uncaring and unable to fulfill my contract as requested. They also, did not have the furniture dolly’s I needed as part of my contract. Equipment was not swept out and had obvious mechanical issues in addition to lights out and and audible exhaust leak.
MARK DUMONTIt would be better customer service if the proprietor would have the customer familiarize themselves with the drive petals and adjust the mirrors for the customer. They did do a great job on instructing on hooking and unhooking the tow dolly.

ALEXANDER ROCKERTire pressure light was on. Tires over inflated according to warning screen that would not go off. Just kept flashing and no widow wash in the tank. Another warning light and screen warning.

Joe WhiteheadWell I put gas and put a little bit more of what I actually took it from but I did not take a picture of it because I did not think they will charge me gas if I put a bit more and when I see the receipt, they charged me $28.88 of gas which I don’t understand. I would not recommend this place because if they charge more of gas when you actually put a bit more, it’s not a place to recommend because that’s not how it works.

The woman seems like she hates her job aside from that I was charged for a floor dolly that was not available and was told would be removed from my contract.

The 6x12 trailer I rented was like new I could tell that they take pride in their business and also in the condition of their equipment that they are rented out to customers . I would definitely rent from them again and I would highly recommend anyone that has a need to rent a price of Uhaul equipment don’t hesitate to call them up and you will be happy that your not stuck paying regular prices for subpar equipment and you will find the owners to be very helpful throughout the process.
CARL BEASLEYI had 2 prior reservations and drove all the way to Labelle FL for a truck only to find out that both places did not have my truck. The 3rd reservation I finally got one. I can’t depend on UHAUL. It’s like I have to get lucky to actually get my truck. Next time I will call each local place directly since the UHAUL site is not dependable.
Daniel StahlRudest people ever at any location. They did not give me the guaranteed rate I signed up for. The UHAUL trailer wasn’t there after I drove 40 minutes to get to location. Lady called customer that had trailer was yelling at customer in front of everyone waiting. Overcharged on gas. Bad experience

Jorge Solerrented the cargo van for one week. They sent it out with two bald tires on the front Warning lights kept flashing all week Oil change required low windshield fluid and on the highway we had a tire blow out in passenger rear. after changing tire we had air pressure fault warnings flashing with these other warnings When calling the shop no one knew where the spare tire or jack was. How can they rent vehicles out in this shape?
jeanie phillipsEverything was good! The couple is a little on the grumpy side(especially the wife) but they are elders, if that helps you understand them. But overall it was very easy and a quick experience. Everything was neat and well organized.
