For a Manhattan truck rental, it's really not that bad at all
Elliot W.The gas attendant wasn't helpful at all when I was confused about picking up U-Haul, when the U-Haul attend it had already left for the day. He just waved his hands in the air and said he didn't know anything. But when I did get a uhual customer service rep on the phone and she told me how to check in online, and how to get the truck, when I finally was ready to get the key, all the sudden gas station attendant knew what was going on at spoke English. The attendee That was there when I turned in the truck was very nice and very helpful. Also the address is very confusing I read it as 102 Lexington as opposed to 102 Street Lexington, which is where I went to first

DAVID R.I am not satisfied with the servuce. I was charged for 1.8 gallon of gas for ONLY 4 miles. I demand refund of that charge. The location is in a gas station, quite cramped space with no trustable office in sight. There is no customer service. I am not sure if I will rent from this location again.
Dee U.It was great at first but the person working when I returned it was a complete jerk (I'm using this word intentionally, not as hyperbole) to myself and another person trying to get a truck. There wasn't even any issue or complaint. The person running the location was angry, dismissive, and unprofessional with no obvious reason for it. Overall I'll need to re use this location because of the move, but if I could avoid it, I would.

Alexis D.Friendly staff, clean van. For improvements, the passenger van had a light indicating the engine oil was empty. This seems like better maintenance can be monitored. I would also recommend a system in which the gas tank needs to be full when returned in lieu of starting out with less than 1/4 of a tank.

AQUANETTAD B.We had to drive in the recent blizzard and those vans are terrible in the snow. We slipped and slid everywhere and ended up getting stuck on the side of the road. Fortunately, we had paid for the U Haul roadside service. It took three hours, but they finally got there.
MITCHELL K.Got quoted 59 dollars online. Got charged 150 I used a uhaul for the exact same drive 3 weeks ago and was only charged 65. Seems prices are just being made up. Absolute scam.

Hiram H.The app kept crashing and it took us over 30 minutes to complete the pickup process. The van was filthy, the left mirror was broken, all 4 tires needed air, and the battery died. We couldn't get the mileage to display bc all the check engine notices were going off. The gas station attendents were reluctant to help us. It was a nightmare.

Jane T.The gas station attendant refused to help as he was busy with the gas station. If you are going to be renting out trucks from this location then you need to at least have 2 gas employees at all times or 1 uhaul rep with gas attendant at all times.

BRINDAR S.I was told to leave because there was no space to park the truck despite this being my dropoff location. I had to wait until a taxi driver moved his cab before I could park the truck. Even then I was told to find another spot or come back tomorrow.
