The attendant that received my equipment was busy and did not take time to give me a receipt but said he would email me one if that was OK with me. I said it was.
U-haul consistently changed the details of my order without my consent, including changing the drop off location to a place 400 miles from my actual location. I wasn't able to drop off the truck because of this, and had to wait until the next day when I could call uhaul and get the location changed back to the right one Why did they change my drop off location in the first place?!?!

Great customer service
Change the AI in your app so that we are able to take pictures of a sufficiently high quality. I wouldn't allow us to take a shot if it was too well lit, bizarrely enough so we ended up having to settle for almost pitch black photos.
