Richard F.Overall, Uhaul was not helpful. I reserved on 1/11 and they changed my pick up location the morning of 1/13. Went to go pick up my truck on 1/13 and that location did not have a truck for me so sent me to a different location. When I arrived at the second location, they also did not have me on their calendar nor did they have a truck for me. When speaking to U-haul customer service, they transferred me five times with the only option being to drive 40 min away to pick up a truck and not wanting to reimburse the .99 mileage since this was on them. The second location had a truck on site which was the exact one I reserved but per customer service someone else reserved it, AFTER ME, but since their reservation was 100% guaranteed they couldn't cancel it. When asked how does one get a 100% guaranteed reservation, she stated she could not provide me with that answer as she did not know especially since my reservation was made in person and this customer's was made online. Through it all, Ms. Tina, the store manager at the second location was a great help and extremely nice! She ended up getting me a truck without me having to drive 40 min away, one way. If it wasn't for her, I would never use U-haul again.

Lucius W.Clerks were inattentive and unprofessional. Runs a bin store within the same location. Clerks were more attentive to those customers while preparing Uhaul contract. They must have stopped my contract a dozen times to ring up bin store customers. Definitely wouldn't go back to this location again or recommend this location to anyone.
KELVIN C.Don't ever send any one to the outskirts of town for this location. Looked abandon and over runned. By send people out the way so you can over charge them is some bull.

Thomas H.Truck wasn't swept out n there was oil leaking from a slit above. We couldn't tell there was spots of oil everywhere until we got to the house . The pick up location and people were great bit the uhaul was horrible

First of all I asked to drop it off at a different location close to my house the lady did not listen to me and made the drop off point at the same location. I could not get it changed because I had to call UHaul and the hold time was over an hour. Also when I picked the trailer up no one verified it was hooked up properly or that the lights worked. Thankfully my husband was able to come help me.

He said I've done hundreds, it's good and then took a photo of it. 15 miles later it came off my truck and almost caused several crashes and blocking traffic. I called them and they said it had never happened before. Complete morons. I won't be renting from Uhaul anymore.

Durrell F.For starters, UHAUL did a horrible job. We picked up the truck no problem but we had to go all the way across town to get the dolly and they were closed. Bottom line we ended up going to 3 different locations before we got one and ended up pay 150.00 for a car tranport.
