The computer system to check us in was very poor. It took two people to check us in. The uhaul people could not seem to understand the computer system and had a very difficult time. Took way too much time.

The interior driver area of the truck had not been cleaned prior to the rental.

We ordered a flat dolly and it was not available. We did not know that before we arrived and we really needed one. If we had known beforehand, we could have made other arrangements.

Dealer was great in working with me to accommodate our schedules. Very helpful and informative. Truck and all equipment was as described!

Unit was dropped during non-business hours. I am not able to provide further feedback other than the parking area was not easily accessible and therefore the unit was left in a space that concerned me.

Where to start. The person renting my U Haul out to me was 45 minutes late and then extremely slow. Later, via text, he verbally abused me telling me to "fuck myself, you'll get better pussy that way." I don't need to explain to you, I hope, how inappropriate this was. Especially considering my wife was with me when I picked it up. I have felt extremely unsafe in my new home knowing that this individual had seen my address in my contract. I had been emailing customer service about this issue, but you all stopped responding to my emails. I have taken steps with a lawyer and local police to make sure I am safe in my new home. You all will absolutely be hearing from me in arbitration.

The day before pick up I received a conformation email stating that a 26' truck had been reserved for pick up the next morning. I did not reserve a 26' truck, but a 20'... also the location changed from what I had originally put. When we arrived the gentleman (who was very helpful himself, and was very apologetic despite UHaul's mismanagement) said that his pickup location was not even supposed to be open for pick-ups yet, but UHaul kept routing trucks to him. We took the truck, but it was not what we had booked and was too large. Will probably not be renting from UHaul again, since they cannot even seem to manage to get correct reservations. The truck ended up costing us more in gas, because it was so large.
