After calling uhaul the day before to ask if we could pick up before 2:00 pm, they said no the truck would not be available until that time. We arrived and the uhaul location was closed! Someone happened to be there and said we would have to come back the next day at 8:30 am, we had just driven from Brampton! They then went to the gas bar and someone opened the shop. I found this to be very poorly organized, quite stressful and i would never suggest anyone rent from this location. Plus they did not have my name correct, I had to show my order information.

It took almost 2 hours to sing out the uHaul because this location didnt know what they were doing. We were very frustrated, and they had terrible customer service. I will never be using uHaul again.

Pick was a breeze however return was painful. Also I was told to fuel up when getting the vehicle and then charged again for fuel in the final bill. I am disputing that and waiting to here back. I expect to get the $10 worth of fuel I put and remaining refund asap.

More signage directing drop off for U-Haul vehicles. Parking for the truck was not where I expected it to be.

Check your vehicles before renting them to someone. I picked up my uhaul truck and there was food on the floors (chips) spilled drink in the cup holder and a butted out rolled joint on the floor with tiny pieces of weed on my seat and floor. It was extremely shocking as I was told uhauls are looked over after each rental.

No experienced staff, had no clue how to check me in even though I had done everything online. Also never gave me the packing blankets I ordered. Didn't know how to credit me for them so I had to pay for them as he had no idea, manager wrote on paperwork that blankets were not given and credit should be issued as he had no idea how to do it. Still waiting for my credit.

Super helpful after the original drop off location phoned to say they were no longer a drop off location.

This location was closed when I went to drop of the truck, despite the fact that the website said they were open. The staff did direct me to the drop off location though. Unfortunately despite speaking with someone at the location the next day, my reservation was never closed and they did not confirm that the truck had been received. I did take pictures of everything and submitted to uhaul.com who closed the reservation and were very helpful. Uhaul was great, but this location was terrible.

Instruct representatives on better customer service. Both young male and female workers were rude at this location. The male was not truthful on the cleanliness of the inside of the truck, there was coffee splatter everywhere. Also, during this time of COVID-19 serializing would have been appreciated, instead when asked the male employee lied about this. I will never return to this location. Very disappointed.

I called ahead and the gentleman answering the phone didnt seem to understand what I was trying to ask him ( if the truck had to brought to the store by a certain time, looked over, ect...does he do this....the whole business) he made me go out to the truck twice and still tried to charge me the 20 dollar inspection fee, when the truck was in mint shape ( I took a video, as this gentleman recieves a strong vote of no confidence from me based on my interaction) and he tried to charge me mileage, when I was almost a full 100 km under what was agreed upon and paid for. Be careful folks, it's in your best interests.

Clerk had NO training. Spoke very little english and did not know what the process was. Wasted my time. Uhaul had to call almost a week later to confirm I indeed dropped off the truck. Not a good provider of services at 10 acre truck stop

The pick-up process took over an hour of my time. The staff was helpful, but the Uhaul process was slow and confusing. I never received a call the day before (which I was told I would) to confirm the reservation. I was never told ahead of time to upload documentation. The process of being approved on the spot was very slow and had to be repeated several times. I was very disappointed with this process.

Judging by the way it was parked, an employee purposely blocked in my personal vehicle in their parking lot with a U-Haul van. I called customer service and they offered no help and expected me to camp out in the parking lot overnight until someone arrived in the morning. Absolutely awful customer service.

I had problems with the guy working at the location. Didn't want to pursue a solution to the problem he was having and pretty much told me to come back. Even though I was there for my time and I wasn't paying more for going later.

The staff were not trained and I waited almost an hour when I picked it up and 40 mins when I dropped it off. I will never rent from this location again. So un professional and they didn't speak English.

The only suggestion I would have is for anyone who does the reservation of the truck online to make sure they are paying attention to the emails that get sent. I received one e-mail that told me to pick up the truck at my local gas station. Once I arrived they had no record of me needing a truck , so I then had go back through uhaul emails and call a number sent to me on a different day and call to find out that the truck I was using was at a completely different location.

Took an hour to get the truck the machines wouldn't work to make s contract I finally after an hour got them to allow me to pay cash. On returning the truck she prints me s reciept and says the money they owed me back would be refunded to me account at which time I reminded her I paid cash and she nedded to refund me in cash. Would rather use a different company than return here also did not receive the appliance dolly I requested on line.

Had a problem with checking in online and when I called they put me on hold for over 20 minutes before saying I had to call customer service.

The only informative person at this location is the Manager Bernice. She is fantastic, helpful, friendly. The other staff need better training. The location needs better signage.

I had reserved my equipment at a location in Trenton but was told that I would have to go to this location to get an upgraded truck since Trenton did not have one. I arrived at the location and there was someone watching the desk for 20 minutes until the agent returned. she did not know which truck I was to get. she asked me for a zip code. she did not have any boxes available. her shipment had come in but wasn't unpacked. she did not have an appliance dolly that I had reserved. I went outside to call Uhaul and was given the number to two other locations further away down the highway. the one did not have an appliance dolly, the second one did not answer the phone. I called the original place that I have wanted to pick up truck in Trenton. they had one and held it for me as long as I left it in Trenton, which meant we didn't have it at the other end to unload but at least they had one and some boxes. they also had a 20 foot truck. go figure. I do not believe I received my $40 refund when I returned the truck as well but was charged an extra $6 for going over my mileage.

We arrived at 4 for our pick up, and the hotel did not know how to set everything up, even though it was all done online. After 45 of waitingfor her to figure it out, she told us that she lost the keys to the truck and that we would have to go elsewhere. We went outside to call customer service about this because their scheduling department had specifically schedule for me to be able to get a truck there instead of in tweed. We look around the building and we can't find a single uhaul truck anywhere.... So after an hour on and off holds with customer service, we notice a uhaul truck pulling up to the front doors. Turns out that was our truck (1h45m late).

I reserved the truck for 9am I arrived to be told that the girl working didn't know what she was doing and I had to wait for a manager, who wouldn't arrive until noon! I arrive back at noon, no manager. The girl then calls the manager and it takes an additional 30 minutes for me to even get to sign anything!!! I am very displeased at this point!!!

The people at the pick up location were nice but they did not know what they were doing. It took over an hour to pick up the truck. I also didn't get all of the rental equipment that I ordered.

I went in early to set up my pick up for the end of the day. Took to long to set up, with the person not seeming to know what she was doing. I later showed up at the end of the day hoping to pull in hook up and go. After another long time, and walking out wondering if I will get another bill because he didnt appear to know what he was doing. I was renting it for one day..he then says that will be $230 ??????. I did pay what it said it would be, but where did that number come from?

Have equipment actually available, don't charge me for the equipment when it's not available. Put a properly trained clerk on duty, it shouldn't take 45 mins to run a credit card. Have the proper mileage on the paper work.

The truck was in perfect condition, they were open late for us, and the attendant on duty was totally awesome, very friendly, very helpful.

The truck was a mess, both in the cab and loading area. I had to purchase cleaning products on-site just to clean the driver seat so I could sit down. When I returned the lady tried to charge for more fuel than I used.... she did not know what she was doing(we had a hard time with her on pick-up and drop-off). I like u-haul, but will never return to this location again.

I was supposed to pick up a truck in picton just around the corner from my house but none were available so had to pick up in belleville...received a voice msg saying they were sorry about this and i would only have to pay .25 cents for mileage to compensate me for my troubles . Unfortunately no one was aware of this at the uhaul depot and i was charged the full rate. Prior to picking up the truck i called to confirm the 12 oclock pick up and was told it had been booked for 8 am so i would have to be back by 8 am the following day. ..they did find me a 20 ft truck to take which was ok. When i brought the truck back the door was locked and the girl inside was very rude and would not tell me if they had a drop off box..she said thru the door that id have to drive back to belleville the following day to drop off the keys...another unneccessary trip to belleville ...i found out the following day that they did indeed have a drop off box for keys...i feel Uhaul should reimburse me my mileage and gas money for my extra drives to and from belleville...but im sure i wont even hear back from this survey..thanks for the extra stress i didnt need on moving weekend..extremely unsatsfied customer

Was told to drop truck off at West Moira St. Which is 4 mile closer to where I live also from where I reserved truck from,got there and was told I had to pay $310.00 to drop off there.I picked truck up at 7:30 am returned at approx 1 PM and drove only 6 miles .They wanted at least $25.00 bucks for gas. I ended up taking it back to Ten Acre another 4 mile away.Wasnt overly happy with the runaround.Will look else where to rent next time.

It was over 35 degrees yesterday and at least 40 with the humidity. When we picked up the truck in Belleville and did the walk around we noticed a terrible odour in the cab of the truck. We reported it to the dealer and the girl in Belleville gave us a $10.00 discount (pittance) We drove the u-haul to Smiths Falls and as we drove we couldn't even use the air conditioner because the smell was so bad. Our 10 year old son threw up twice. Please have a representative call me!!

The truck stop was disgusting, the employees uncaring at best. We had to 'inspect' the vehicle ourselves, which was filthy, and items I had reserved and was told via email were 'guaranteed to be there' were not. I won't be using UHAUL ever again.

The owner of this location should buy a computer that works. I had to give my personal information to 2 different people 6 times while my friends waited in the parking lot, for me, for over an hour. A complete joke. Obviously this owner is not serious about doing a good job! Very frustrating. I will never return to this location.

Spent over an hour waiting for truck because of IT issues. The lady helping me was amazing, it wasn't her fault. 3 times I had to give her my liscense then once the system finally got this part through, had to give her my credit card 3 times. She finally went and used another computer and finally achieved success. It was my 1st time driving a uhaul and the entire experience beside the wait time was fabulous. Luckily I wasn't pressed for time and the clerk was soooo kind and apologetic. I will definitely recommend you and definitely use your services again if need be.

I PRE ORDERED the truck days in advance said I could pick up at 8am WELL NO ONE was available to use the U haul system until the manager so nicely showed up2 hours later so by the time we FINALLY got it was 10am NOT 8am THANK YOU FOR WASTING 2 hours of my time THEN upon return they would not honor the uhaul $50 credit for the truck not being ready which is SUPPOSED TO BE A UHAUL GUARANTEE??? Needless to say we used this rental for our business and we had intended renting often from uhaul for when we do vendor shows but not now we will NEVER use uhaul again absolutely disgusting customer service from beginning to end

The kid was having a lot of problems with their rental printer and computer system. He did go out and do a check of the truck rental with me. He didn't even check to see if the inside of the truck had any of the furniture pads or dollies on it (which it had both). Not very friendly or helpful would never rent from them again.
