Naim was my reception/helper. Spoke perfect English and was super helpful. Fastest check in and out ever! Establishment was clean and I was even able to get a fountain drink and some snacks ??. When were you ever able to get nourishment at a Uhaul? Perfect 10/10! Highly recommended!

It wasn't swept out, all damage to the truck wasn't marked, it was very filthy inside the cab. The employees were rude and treated me like I was stupid, I feel because I was a woman and forced them to walk around the truck with me. I took pictures as well. There was even blood by the back door.

Comments are for Uhaul, not pick-up location: I'm sure you've heard this before but, driving a thousand miles without cruise control is ridiculous. If I had known ahead of time that this option is not on your trucks, I wouldn't have spent $1200 to make my leg hurt. How cheap is Uhaul that that isn't on there. You obviously have never driven your own vehicles anywhere. Very disappointed..

The pick up location 1Stop is a convenience/gas-station/head-shop that does not carry any of the additional items you need to use a trailer. So in between people buying beer my transaction took about 45 minutes to complete not including two trips to the Auto Parts Store to get the items 1Stop didn’t have. This in addition to the nonsense of requiring two personal contacts that the clerk called to confirm the numbers.

I had no choice in this place. Uhaul changed my pick up location without any notification. I tried to call and confirm several times and never got a response. The person inside was very nice.

Made a reservation to pick up in Andover, both car dollies lights weren't working. Had to drive an extra 60 miles to west side of Wichita to pick up another one. The straps to secure the car was soaked in oil. Had to drive an extra 60 miles to return the dollie, I couldn't just return it to Andover or they would of charged me double

The plug for the lights were bent and would not plug in until I repaired the bent connector. I had to drive it in the dark of early morning about 8 miles across town to the loading location and repair the connector. It didn't seem to bother the agent that rented me the trailer that I would have to drive without lights. He said he had no means of repairing it.

Trailer was full of broken glass the I cleaned out! Very small gas station in bad part of town! Did not have my straps but I was charged for them via online site. Will not be using Uhaul again!

Please do not go to this location. It took them forever just to get the keys to the uhaul. Then there were beer cans on the outside and inside. They also tried to over charge me and didn't ask how many miles I would be driving. They also after I returned it stole my credit card information and used it for an online dating website. This was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul and will not be returning. I should have just went with penske instead.

There was only one employee working at the register so he had to stop and help other customers which increased my wait time. The employee was friendly and got done as quickly as possible. There needs to be another employee or a better check-out system in place. The cabin smelled like pipe tobacco and the cup holder was dirty and sticky.

Trailer came off driving 50 mph because the tech when tightening the ball down didn't notice that the threads of trailer ball bolt were damaged. Felt tight but was not even partially. First bump and it detached. Full of wedding decorations and supplies. Chains help and iwasable to break slowly keep trailer behind my truck. Safty brake chain connected improperly by agent was of no use and did not function. Lucky no damage to truck or trailer. Uhual equipment very beat up and unclean. Never again.

One Stop did great, however, my U-Haul experience was not good! The original location I was sent to did not have the truck they promised me in my reservation. It was very stressful as I needed the truck in a very specific timeline. Luckily one stop was able to help out. Don’t make reservations for trucks that do not exist!

For starters, The truck that was provided to me was supposed to have 1/4 tank of gas. When I left the station it was less than 1/8th of a tank and only had 12 miles to empty. Either the gas was siphoned out because there was no lock on the gas cap or the previous renter did not fill it up. There was gang graffiti on the side of the truck, and the inside was really dirty and littered with trash i.e.....soda bottles, chip bags, cigarettes etc. It appeared to never have been cleaned. The place where I picked it up was a gas station in a not so nice area. When the truck was returned, there were extra charges on the ticket for insurance which we opted out of and they tried to charge me for returning the truck on empty, even though it was given to me with an empty tank. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Never again will I use this location.

Used the online check in. When I arrived I could not complete the process. Had to go inside. Box of truck was not clean. Felt like I was in a shady store. Was not sure why the truck was not full of gas when I picked it up.

truck was great - liked the fuel saver mode indicator. the store operator was prompt professional and help to make sure we had a truck to rent on short notice. Great customer service. WOULD RECCOMEND AND USE AGAIN!!!

first.....I set up an appointment with a location near me. They said the truck would be there. i got transfered and they said i had to pick it up at another location that was further away. while I was on the phone with them setting it up I said I needed the appliance dolly. they said it would be another 10 dollars. ok, I said, because i will need one. they said "no problem". I went to the further location to get the truck. It was a gas station. I asked if the appliance dolly was in the truck and the guy said they dont have one and it was never put on the order. I called uhaul again to ask what was going to be done about THERE MISTAKE, NOT MINE. The lady I talked to was very rude and didnt seem to care one way or the other if i got the dolly or if i was satisfied with any part of the service. So, I had to drive THE UHAUL TRUCK TO THE OTHER LOCATION, PUTTING ADDITIONAL MILES ON IT AND USING MORE FUEL TO PICK UP AN APPLIANCE DOLLY, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE TRUCK. It was the worst experience with uhaul I have ever had. I always use uhaul, but I think I might check someother places like Budget or something before I go back to uhaul.

First I reserved my tow dolly the day before I need it and filled out the express forms. I get called first thing in the morning telling me instead of picking the equipment up just a mile from my home I'd have to travel 10 miles to get what I needed. Them after calling customer service they found me one about 5 miles from my home. This place(807 N. West St. Wichita KS ) is some kind of a gas station or something and I went passed it twice before spotting it. I've lived here for over 20 years and know my way around town very well and could not find this place. Once I loaded up the dolly and was going to back the car into the driveway the pads that the car rests on would move the opposite way it was needing to go, again I've used trailers many,many times but this one was not working correctly so I got lucky enough to push the car up a driveway with three other guys. This was a complete nightmare !!! :(

The worker was very helpful but the printer was out of ink so I couldn't have a copy of the paperwork. It was also in a bad part of town but was comvenient as it was open late on a Sunday night.

The cramped gas station was busy in the morning and they only had one attendent to support customers and rentals. It was also a little shady, they also sold drug supplies. Pot bongs, grinders and some thing I have never seen before. The attendant was pleasent but the location was not. They also had trouble with my credit card and did not have a the equipment dolly that I requested.

The inside had a layer of dirt and dust beyond normal use. Two hand carts and a furniture dolly were reserved but not available at pickup

I scheduled to pick it from one location, but when I arrived there, they were closed. Went back and was told the truck was at another location, but I was never told this. The first place had the 3 of the size trucks that I was requesting, but I had to go somewhere else. U-haul blew it this time. I will try someone else next time.

I had to go to 3 different locations to pick up the truck I needed. This was EXTREMELY inconvienent for someone who is in the process of moving, especially on a time line. Your locations also did not have the boxes I needed. I was very dissatisfied with your service and will likely use another company for my next move.

i had did on line check in they could not do that. I had to leave becouse it took so long to get the truck the 1st time so had to go back. I also did not get but a little piece of paper when got the truck and when returned it the guy was checking it back in on his phone. Did not like paying with my charge card did not feel secure its a nasty dirty little gas station casino type place would never go back there.

When doing the walk around to check the lights on the truck/trailer, the right blinker/brake light was not working. It was the only car trailer they had. They let me take it but I had to waste my time and gas to drive around to a uhaul service center to get it fixed

They are limited on parking space for the equipment, especially a 26' truck w/auto trailer. I would recommend customers with larger equipment pick a different drop off location with more room to maneuver.
