Truck was dirty and gas was less than it shows. No paperwork and didn't dona walk through on the truck that had damage.

Rosalind HInitial rental transaction went ok. Was not very helpful at all when needed to extend the rental. Had to call uhaul and they apparently did not make the notes they said they did while i was on the phone with them because a day later i had multiple calls from uhaul wanting to know why i had not returned the truck. Finally got someone on the phone that could get things squared away for me. When i was returning truck to location i could not locate their drop box to put the key in ao i had to go back the next morning adter day light and was able to locate the box. It was in a dark corner between the fence and the building and was no exactly an ideal location and weeds and grass were so unkept making it hard to get to. No lights in the area at night. Very dark area at night there are no lights whatsoever in yhe property. Dont think ill be returning to this location for my next rental.

ken sEquipment condition was good but truck cab was dirty. Spilled liquid had dried and made sticky messes.
william mI was helped so well by everyone in U-Haul but the only thing the truck was not cleaned out and there was no broom for me to sweep it out there was no dolly in the truck but other than that like I always say I'll never use anyone but U-Haul everyone is so nice and pleasant and helpful and make you feel like family when you talk to him thank you so much

No smooth pavement outside, if there were no other rental trucks outsid, I would not have known it was the right location. Very cluttered and dirty store inside.

Keith TI ordered online from a company I rented from previously - Community Storage, and was happy with them. I went to pick up the U-Haul Truck I rented from them online and U-Haul said I had to go to another Location - 1 Stop Outlet, which I was not happy with. I ordered a furniture dolly, they did not have. It was not a moving / truck rental store. I was not even given a receipt, I had to insist. It was not professional at all. I would not go there again. I should not have been redirected, Your truck should have been where I rented it from!

Adriana MWhen I came in to drop off my u-haul truck I had some problems because the key tag didn’t match the vehicle the guy who works there immediately came to show me that the truck wasn’t in my name which made me feel like he was accusing me that the truck tuck went in my name. So I had to pull up my name, show then the email so they were able to get it figured out. Although they were willing to get this resolved. I should not have had this problem. It should have been an easy drop off. I have had a very dissatisfying time using U-Haul
