Ehhh I don't want to review the location, I want to review the organization I guess? My reservation was fucked up so badly that I waited on a street corner in front of a closed store crying from 6am-10am and then waited another 4ish hours and then ended up spending over $1000 to change my plans. Nobody contacted me before my scheduled reservation. I did get one missed call, while I was in session with a client and could not answer, but they did not leave a voicemail so I doubt it was UHaul. I received an automated text message the night before my reservation, showing a location that was too far away for me to get to and a time that was several hours past my requested time. I understand location is only a preference, but was under the impression the time was firm. And that I would be contacted with any changes to my scheduled reservation. I was on the phone for an hour sorting it out, explanation was that my reservation which I had had for weeks had been moved because somebody else made a reservation at the last minute. Glad to know I'm less important than a needy man...as per usual...whatevs... Sam from the very far away pick-up location was extremely helpful. I went to pick up the truck at 6am using 24/7 mobile pick-up. But it said my truck share had been scheduled for in person, not mobile, so I had to wait for the store to open. I called customer service and nobody could help me, they just transferred me to someone else. I was transferred to three different people. And they were cold transfers, so I had to explain the situation all over again. The third woman even said she had no idea why I was transferred to her, the other two should have just been honest and said they could not help me. She was kind and understanding and listened to me cry because I had been stranded in the middle of nowhere since 6am, and had spent all my money and had unnecessary covid exposure on the way to the location, thinking I could use the uhaul to get back. But ha ha no. Anyways, when the store finally opened, the lockbox with the truck key was broken and I had to wait for a locksmith to come. Things happen. But Sam at the store called UHaul and explained the situation, and was told he would receive a call back, and then nobody called him back. Eventually he called to check. I thought we had been waiting for a locksmith for ages, but no, just waiting for uhaul to call back and authorize calling a locksmith. Mmmmmkay. So many many many hours later, several hours after I was supposed to be out of my old apartment, after I needed to be on the road, after the moving van parking spot I had paid through the nose to reserve had expired, even after the pick up time for keys for my new apartment had passed - I finally picked up my truck. And mobile pick up and drop off did not work well on my phone at all: images didn't load, links didn't link. Truck was mostly clean but there was some stuff in it and a smell in it, couldn't have photographed that even if the app had functioned...but a dolly and some furniture pads were part of the stuff left in it so that was lucky. Definitely would never use uhaul again. But Sam at the pick-up location was super helpful. I'd have said thanks but my phone stopped working! ...so I drove several hours in the middle of the night with no gps or phone! Which isn't uhaul's fault but the timing wouldn't have lined up had my reservation not been given away last minute to some dude. If I had at least been notified then I could have made other plans.HOLLY D.

This location was 1000% helpful after the original location I reserved the truck at and took an overly priced Uber to get to ended up being closed. Took almost an hour to finally get a truck at this location. I will not use uhaul again.JAMIE V.

Not correct charge, I have recipe and pick dashboard about miles before start engine. And I have pick after put gas and drop off Van . Than send me not correct statement and charge gas fee. This guys not check Van, just say leave Van on parking and come. After sending and extra charge like for gasoline. We always put extra gas.Azamat K.

Everything about the location was great along with the van. But I had a really difficult time when I tried to use UHaul's "24/7" truck share. I feel like they're trying to compete with zipcar. If so, you guys could learn a lot from how simple it is with them.William V.

Truck rented was not secured. I moved on a rainy day and 80% of my stuff was wet inside the truck. I need to find out how I get a partial refund. That was unacceptable.CHESLA F.
