The cargo area was not clean. The person at desk could not find our reservation. Had to make several calls before getting trailer. Return was not a good experience. No one online or phone could assist us. Seems employees are not trained in any area of process. Hope I never have to rent a uhaul again.

They charged me extra for being 5 min. late. I will never get a Uhaul again. Just because it was checked in wrong by whomever I know exactly what time it was there. It's wrong. And then argue w the customer. No class. Tacky.
