Brakes are terrible Grinding with every touch of the brakes HOT air blowing on my foot for FOUR hours straight, couldn't make it stop. Had to drive over an HOUR just to get this uhaul because no one called to confirm a local location.

It was really unprofessional plus the guy was late and the car was on empty

I drove an hour to make my reservation time at 10 am. Once I got to location I had to wait an hour and a half before I was able to leave with the truck. The business was closed and I had to finally call a customer representative who eventually was able to contact the business through a phone number that I located on a hand written sign while I was still on the line with uhaul. I had also reserved hand trucks (which I had paid for) but they were missing from the truck. I am a repeat customer for Uhaul and this was definitely not a good experience with this location.

There wasn't a dolly or any pads with the truck, but we also didn't need any either. Not complaining, just saying. Our rental process was very easy, and only took maybe 10 mins to rent. And then returning was very easy too. I appreciate Uhaul being nearby, and us being able to get a big enough truck for an time constrainted move. Thank you very much.

Owner should be on-site. He simply has a phone number to call for service. He was prompt in returning our call, however.
