The first time my husband went in to ask about renting a truck he was told all trucks were reserved mind you that had at least 5 -8 different size trucks there 3 vans the uhaul rep thr one with the beard was very unhelpful he just seemed bothered then I called on the phone n immediately got a truck reserved

The 8' pickup is not designed for the average height woman. I'm 5' 5” and only my eyes were above the dash. I had to sit on a big dictionary to see the road. Also, I chose the Mobile Pickup option to avoid contact (not Covid related, just don't like people) and still had to go in and wait in line to get a key. Everything else is down via phone, why can't we scan a code or something to get keys? But the truck was clean and did the job so overall, 4 stars.

Cameron was my driver for the Uboxes, both delivering and picking up the empty boxes. She did a great job. My experience speaking with the people at the local office was positive. I had issues getting through to the call center at 1800GOUHAUL. After waiting an hour and a half to get my call back, when I answered, no one replied. I kept calling and waiting and ran out of minutes on my phone. It sounds like the call center needs more operators. I was pleased with the person I spoke to the following day.

Quite frankly, this has been the nicest and most well run Uhaul facility I've ever been to. In my days as a renter, there were plenty of Uhauls over our 15 year marriage - now, as homeowners, I'm glad the LAST Uhaul moving ran rental was a smooth one. Gracias.

Worst uhaul experience ever. Ordered u haul and was told to pick up at one location, then it changed to another location. Went to the new location, vehicle wasn't ready. Waited two hours and threatened to go somewhere else and a vehicle was magically found. Ordered a dolly and didn't get it. No idea if we were still charged for it. The truck we received was a piece of junk, a/c shut off every time the accelerator was pushed down. 100+ degree day, no ac. I should get a refund for the poor service, at the very least a steep discount. Don't know if I will ever use uhaul again.

First, I tried to call to make sure you had an appliance dolly before I came. I was placed on hold. Waited 10 minutes and finally hung up. The check out was fine. But when I returned the dolly, the employee couldn't get logged onto her handheld. Kept trying and trying. After a few minutes, I asked her if she could just use the computer. After another minute or so, she finally started doing something on the computer. Then after another couple of minutes, she went back to the handheld. It shouldn't have taken but a minute or two to check the dolly back in. This is not the normal uhaul location I go to. I plan on never using this location again

These guy's went above and beyond. And Kari @ Admiral went beyond everything I thought eould happen to make my overall experience with this move better than it has been since day 1. I would like to thank all of you for everything that you did for my family. Tulsa was way more efficient than the people behind the phone's at the 1800UHAUL phonr number. At least someone listened, and didn't just hang up on me.

My only negative is I rented a truck before needing a locker and was told I received a free months rental. When I went to claim it I was told you were not honoring that promotion any more. Very disappointed. This definitely affects my trust of the brand.

This facility was perfect and clean and it smelled clean. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I previously rented a U-Haul truck in Texas this year, and chickens were being housed on-site right behind the door nearest the cash register. I wanted to buy storage boxes there, but I didn't want them to smell like the chickens that were crowing. This location in Tulsa was nothing like the one in Texas.

Online check in was great! Easy access after hours. The only problem I encountered was I was told that the lock for the unit would be waiting inside but there wasnt one. Thankfully we happened t6o have a spare one at home from a previous uhaul unit otheriwse it wouldve been a huge probelm.

I saw some small cockroaches once or twice, and the garage doors needed to be fixed AND/OR signs put up explaining it. Esp help on unlocking then moving to a diff lock to open, I got help from other tenants otherwise I wouldn't have known. Posting some signs and it isn't a deal breaker. I love the drive in bays!

When I first moved my things into this storage facility the staff was very rude. After moving my things into storage I noticed that they had roaches and bugs everywhere. I had to make sure to bomb my things before moving so that I didn't tale those bugs home with me.

The system went down at check in and it took forever not the employees fault. But the facility has ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $8,000 OF MY STUFF IS PROBABLY RUINED! DISGUSTING It should have been told to me that they had a roach problem before I moved all of my stuff in. They also should have offered to move my stuff to a different storage not in the facility but to a different storage. All I was offered were roach bombs around all of my belongings roach bombs unbelievable

It was safe and secure every time I needed to stop in and grab a few things. The staff even gave me an upgraded lock since the one I had could easily be clipped with bolt cutters. This will be the place I go when I need to store anything in the future.

I have recommended 3 people to use this facility and they all have had great experiences. the staff is friendly even when it is super busy customers in line are acknowledged Whos makes a big difference and make the wait time feel shorter. As I waited in line I admires the timely and friendly service that each person ahead of me received. Great place thanks to the staff Midtown Tulsa

I just want to take some time to say thank you for hiring this that encountered with during my stay with you guys. There are so many people in this world that don't take the time to just say some words to someone who really needed them at the time and I wanna thank her from the bottom of my heart. She is truly an angel from heaven to me. She has honestly made my life a little bit better just being a really sweet person and just wanted to let her know that I really do appreciate you!!!! And I couldn't thank you enough. A Million thanks to you again and again.she works at the 31st and Sheridan and she is the manager I'm not going to say her name but she knows who she is..

The staff are unprofessional and cus and my card never worked to get in there were people there digging through the stuff people left behind inside the garage doors and I have seen people just randomly going up and down halls looking for open ones where the doors are has been trash broken beer bottles ..I have told them over and over that I was going to put my stuff in a different storage place ..so it has not been a pleasant experience and I have 3 storage rooms that I pay over $100 for and have been for quite some time

My experience with the UHaul location at 3500 s Sheridan has been horrible. After my hour wait, it was my turn. I went in hopeful that my experience would be smooth. After all, I only needed to return my trailer and get access to my storage unit I had reserved about a month ago. I showed up 30 minutes before my movers were to arrive so I was already 30 minutes into them sitting around doing nothing. When he rudely asked what I needed, I explained that I needed to drop off my auto transport and get access to my storage unit, I also informed him that I had my reservation numbers for both items. He asked what size unit I needed and I explained that I had a reservation for a 10x15. He then rudely shoved a piece of paper with a bunch of scribbles on in it to my face and said "I don't have any units in that size available. see, look here". I tried to explain that I had a reservation and asked if he could look into it while he rudely yelled "NEXT". I reminded him that I still would like my trailer returned. He then asked me for the trailer number for my AT. I told him that I didn't have that in front of me but maybe I could pull it up on my phone. He tried pulling it up on his computer under my name but couldn't find it. At first he tried telling me I must of had the wrong location but I showed him my phone listing his location but for Monday. I know I was early but I needed to just get it out of the way to unload the truck. He then asked his helper I guess? The guy didn't interact with customers directly. He went out and got a number but for the wrong trailer because apparently I have an RT? I never understood the difference. William ended up going out after trying to send his helper 3 different times. He came back in and said it was all checked in. I asked him if he could print me some proof because it still showed it was still under my reservation. He tried pulling it up on the computer again but couldn't. he ended up being able to print out a form that didn't show anything with my name on it and it even showed him as a customer. I will attach it here. He also mentioned that I would get an email. I then asked again about a storage unit because I had all my movers there and needed to offload my truck. He mentioned he had one in the system but the GM had it either reserved or it wasn't cleaned yet. William mumbled when he told me. I said I didn't care, I needed a unit. He then took my insurance money and assigned me unit 1396. I backed my truck up to the storage area and slide the ramp open. I quickly told my movers to hold on until I get eyes on my unit. I'm glad I did because there was a padlock on my supposed unit. So I left the truck parked there, told them to wait and walked all the way around the building to the office. When I walked in, I stood off to the side of the line towards the desk and explained that there was a lock on my unit and needed to know if that it could either be removed or a new unit assigned to me. He then looked around for some keys that he couldn't seem to find and after a few seconds of looking, he went back to helping the customer at his desk. I patiently waited since I was on hold with uhaul to discuss my trailer dropoff since I didnt feel confident he completed it correctly. After he finished with that customer, he just jumped to the next one. I know that I "jumped" the line but I was just in there and didn't want to wait another hour just to get what I originally came in for. After 30 more minutes and more people joining the line, I gave up on my uhaul call and started calling other storage places. I couldn't afford to pay my movers all day for them to stand and do nothing. Unfortunately I couldnt find anything nearby. I then got in the back of the line and waited. My wife then called her grandmother and asked if we could move her cars out of her garage and put our stuff there. She was very reluctant because her husband (grandpa) and sister (grandaunt) have a hard time getting to the car when it's in the driveway due to their disabilities. With no other options in sight though, we were going to make it work. After standing in line again for another 30 minutes while on hold with uhaul again, I finally get up to William and asked him for an update regarding my storage unit. He said if it was locked there was nothing he could do. I had to ask him for a refund like he didn't know that was an option.. He was again, very short and never apologized for the inconvenience. I attached photos of the paperwork William gave me. I also will attach photos of the equipment being returned. I left the office at 11:30 and told people our new plan. We had one mover have to leave due a previous engagement so I had to pay him for doing nothing. While driving to the grandmothers house, I finally had a uhaul representative get on the line and I asked about my trailer dropoff. on her end, it didn't look like he had returned it and that she would make a note of it... I have more but won't fit
