Charges don't make since. I used under 100 miles and brought back truck with more gas . Basically got charged more for mileage because I didn't use a 100 miles. I went 73 miles got charged .79 cents a mile instead of .29 cents. I have used U haul twice now.

Lakitia B.Your App - I used the App to reserve the truck from my home where I have excellent WiFi internet, however when I arrived at the store location the WiFi connection was very sluggish and the multiple times I had to say I did not want furniture pads or moving assistance took so long that I had to stop the app and engage the counter resource instead.

The website wouldn't allow me to return the trailer, I tried calling the cust service number but no one ever picked up. I tried the live chat garbage..it told me 7 minutes, 20+ minutes later someone responded with a message to try clearing the cache, or use a different device or call a different number and then promptly ended the chat. WTF!! So I tried the other number and guess what....NO ONE answered that line either. Complete and utter garbage! Try using people and get away from worthless online or automated garbage. As big as I haul is and you can't do any better than this? Really?

Sean G.If a person runs an hour or two past return time not be charged a whole day rate, because in some cases a person may have had a horrible moving experience with no help at all and then it takes him a longer te to pick up and load their stuff therefore going past the return time and then on top of his bad move have to pay more money because of other people not coming thru to help. It would just be some relief knowing that a person can catch a break when ya think the whole world is against you
